“Well this is no underworld, no Olympus, this is Mount Pelion where we are equal.” just the way Chiron liked it. “Well I am half-brother to the three major kings but don’t worry im nothing like them, their well… to them.” Its not like he didn’t like his brothers he just found that them being the king of something has clouded their heads.

“Equal?” she immediately thought of Poseidon, Zeus and Hades, who were all kings over their own world, equal at first glance, but clearly one of them not only inherited a throne, but was crowned king of gods. Equality almost sounded like a myth between gods. “I was favored by Zeus and granted my own realm to rule over. I don’t know why he seems to love me, but he did. Not in a way most would expect when it comes to him,” she furrowed her brows. “Believe me, they’re gods -- everything they do has to be somewhat poetic and a sign of power, don’t you agree?”

“And you just happen to stumble into my cave? you sound as if your a prisoner” by the way she was talking was like a child seeing the world for the first time. “Oh I have heard of you, I just find it rather odd you find my cave. I’m Chiron, just Chiron no fancy titles.” 

“I’m familiar with caves,” Hecate answered abruptly without thinking twice about her answer. “I’m not a prisoner, the darkness is my home. More or less. the Underworld is.” Hecate smirked towards Chiron. She didn’t necessarily expected him to bow, didn’t even know if he could, but for some reason she wanted him to. “So I reckon you’ve dealt with other gods before, Chiron?”

Dionysus smiled as he took a sip of his wine before he looked up at the person next to him. “Don’t you just enjoy an good play?” Dionysus said as he reached out for a grape and popped it in his mouth, smiling softly as he looked back to the stage, laughing softly as he watched the actors. 

“If I had one,” Hecate sighed while taking a sip of her wine. Oh, nevermind, she actually had a great day. This mundane concoction was a welcome change to the usual Ambrosia. After taking another, larger sip, Hecate completely turned towards Dionysus. “They bore me. This is supposed to be tragedy and I’m waiting for someone to die. Die of laughter, if you prefer.”

On top of Mount Pelion lived the wise Chiron, the maker of heroes. His cave wasn’t much compared to Olympus but it was his home. The sound of his hoves echoed throughout the cave as he moved to greet whoever had just entered his home “ Now, to what do I owe the pleasure of your company?”

Hecate knew she had to escape Hades, at least just for a few moments. The fact, that there were mystical creatures on earth, not only in their little domain of darkness, compelled her to leave and go out exploring. “I am simply exploring the world above my own. I don’t get to be out that often these days.” she smiled. “I’m the goddess of witchcraft, necromancy, ghosts, the night and the moon. Hecate’s the name.”

“Well, no but I doubt I was the only one.” he shrugged. “but you admitted to being interested in something,” he smirked. He approached her slowly the smirk not moving from his lips “Oh, I gave you one of those? Well if you asked me nicely I might just give you another one.”

Heidi sat down, almost to provoke him. “Oh, believe me, you’re just a fuckboy, Zander, but a cute one.” She shrugged, clearly impressed with his body, but unimpressed with his flirtations. “You have to try harder than that, loverboy.”

“Your lucky” he sighed. “I remembered her, my wife, Chariclo.” the downfall about having to go through that movie wasn’t remembering her but the emotions that came attached, the love, the feeling that he was missing a part of himself when he wasn’t around her. “That wasn’t meant to happen, but it does make me wonder how father will retaliate.” but Carlton knew what was going to happen in that movie theatre. 

“Oh,” she wasn’t sure what else to say, really. Talking about his former wife just didn’t feel right, but she didn’t want to sound disapproving or jealous -- he had every right to dream and be with her. “I’m sure there’s much more to those illusions. They try to tether us closer together. Force us together, almost. Maybe I didn’t dream of anyone, because I only ever had myself, my realm and my coven. No love, apparently.”

Adrian: ugh i need to wait until my girlfriend gets done working

Heidi: Oh, gotcha.

Heidi: So something quick and easy for which you don't have to walk outside, then?

Heidi: I'm sure you could cook something for your girlfriend, then.

Adrian: ew

Adrian: you realize i work out for a living

Adrian: and reading requires way too much sitting still

Heidi: Yeah, well there are plenty different ways of working out.

Heidi: If you don't know what to do I'm sure driving to an amusement park would be fun?

“Hey! I wasn’t the only one, and besides we had fun that’s all that matter.” He pointed out. He took her hand and got up. “It not even that cold, you just want me to put a shirt on so I’m not distracting you.” He said smirking form ear to ear.

“You remember?” well, he definitely had good stamina, that much she already knew from... sources. “Oh, don’t worry. I’m definitely not interested in your health. That’s all I’m sayin’,” Heidi grinned and kept on enjoying the view, knowing just how wrong it was to both stare and stare at him. “Well, I wouldn’t mind drunken another lap-dance from you,” she lied.

“do you ever fully intend on leaving your place to get productive things done but instead you lay on the couch for an hour reading gordon ramsay tweets as he roasts the users who send them pictures of their cooking? ‘cause that’s a mood for me today.”

“Gordon Ramsay?” Heidi laughed at the other woman, mainly for spending her time like this. It did sound like fun, but instead of watching others roast bad dishes, why not roast them yourself? “I usually spend my days reading occult books and getting educated on beliefs and social norms. Recently I’ve been highly into lucid dreaming, so--” she tensed her jaw. “anyway -- I’d recommend roasting them yourself. I’m pretty sure one day that Gordon Ramsay guy will notice you if you’re being mean.”

It’s was hard for Carlton not to jump as he heard someone whisper his past life name in his ear. He span around and grabbed ahold of who ever it was. When his eyes landed on Heidi he sighed and let go of her. “ Yeah I did, happy at the time stuff…but they just bring me pain now. Did you see anything?… actually hold that thought we need to be more private for this kind of conversation.” He said looking around before he took her hand and pulled her into a place where they couldn’t be overheard.

Being grabbed wasn’t a problem for her, in fact, she was actually enjoying his touch, now after knowing they were kinda close again. “I didn’t,” but his confession did confuse her slightly. She followed him voluntarily and already walked ahead after a while, until they’d arrived in a private alley. “I didn’t sleep. I rarely sleep as a human and whatever happened didn’t affect me at all. Or I can’t remember. Maybe my dreams have been too dark. Either way everything just went downhill after thirty minutes into the movie. Like-- a blur.”

Adrian: Not sure if battle is what I want to do

Adrian: to be honest i'm not entirely sure what i want at all

Adrian: just want to do something

Heidi: And it doesn't matter what at all?

Heidi: I hear going out for a run always helps.

Adrian: not sure yet

Adrian: does it really matter?

Heidi: Hell yeah, it does!

Heidi: If you want me to join, at least.
