I do not write for them much anymore, mainly due to the insanely nasty nature if this fandom. That anon message has proved to me that NONE OF YOU have changed since 2023.

After meeting you for the first time in Halloween town, to say he was going to miss you was an understatement.

He remembers how your hands felt in his and how your voice sounded whenever you said the word 'Halloween'

He remembers the way your face lit up whenever you saw somwthing in Halloween Town that you'd never seen before

He remembers the hour long conversations you allowed him, letting him speak all day long about his passion for sharing Halloween with others

Oh, his lovely one.

Having to wait decades before everyone he had met in Halloween Town finally enrolled in NRC took a lot. Waiting for the day you came in from another world was harder.

It was strange almost.

When you first met him, he wandered around Ramshackle in the day and he especially showed up at night time

When Malleus began appearing at night, he began appearing more frequently

His name was Skully J. Graves

His lips met with your hands on your first meeting, but it lingered like a man starved. The yearning in his eyes caught you slightly off guard, honestly

He spoke of you as if he had known you for days longer than you've met

It was off-putting, but it was the least weird thing you've seen since you have been here. You treated him like any other and it made him feel overjoyed

He started coming inside Ramshackle after gaining your permission, waiting for you and Grim after your school days

Kissing your hand and kissing grim's paw was practically a schedule now. Although, his lips always managed to kiss your hand twice

He finally got his companion back and he refused to let go

He PRAISES you to the ground up its actually insane. And when some crazy individual comes up to him and starts talking about you like that to his face??

He doesnt get outright angry. Oh hes brewing on the inside that someone even THOUGHT of you like that. He doesnt see how they could even view that way. Do they not have eyes?? Do they not have ears?? They must not be working right, PLEASE clean them

Oh hes thinking of so many things to say in return back to them, but he has a reputation as a prince to keep up. He is the representative of his country afterall

And so, with that smirk on his face as he meets the person's eyes...

In the idea that its canon he does have one, i like to think that despite you two being together, grim and that tiger very much AREN'T.

While grim tolerates Minajael (the money, free tuna) he cannot and will not tolerate that tiger

It took Minajael's tiger a while to warm up to you. You tried every trick in the book!!!! Bringing them food, bringing toys, you even tried to read up on how to earn their approval

And eventually you did!! To say you cried happy tears when they finally laid beside you and laid their head upon your lap was an understatement

Minajael was not happy because you REFUSED to get up until his tiger got up. Which also meant his limited time with you was TAKEN from him 🫩

However, Minajael did not make the same progress with Grim....

Grim was very loud mouthed about his opinion of Minajael. "Something something, snooty prince something something" you cant blame him, hes so used to the princes at NRC that the thought of one NOT having secret underlying evil intentions is jarring

It took trails of tuna (literally) to get grim to at least be accepting of minajael (as if you were gonna let grim dictate who you dated anyways LMAO)

Stressed about school work and overblots?? Haha, so funny. So get this, you dont even need to worry about it, he's got your future taken care, you're not even from this world, and last he checked... its been a while without incident here at RSA. Oh. And he wont work you to the bone unlike a certain headmaster

He WILL worm you into sneaking out to see him. He knows you dont mind breaking the rules, after all, you've gladly met him halfway when he snuck into town to escape RSA for a little bit

He doesnt mind where the hangout is, as long as your stomach is full, your thirst is taken care of, and youre smiling, hes happy as can be

Words of affirmation

The way he fluently struck up a conversation knowing how Jamil might feel about him anyways shows me he has no problem speaking his mind ans what he thinks. This applies to you as well. You look good? Yeah hes mentioning it. Like. 5 times per 3 minutes until you shut him up with a kiss

Physical affection

He seems like the guy to absolutely adore hand holding. When in public, he LOVES to let people know who he pulled (even if you feel like YOU shluld be the one bragging. Hes actually perfect ive been saying this FOR WEEKS) If you initiate it, he will die and grow wings IM TELLING YOU

Gift Giving

If youre someone who doesn't do so well academically, he will help through studies or just teaching it to you in a way the teacher didnt, somehow making it way easier to understand

but teasing will come with it.

If youre someone who doesnt do so well with social stuff, he will cover for you and speak for you when needed. He has no problem saying what he needs to any person and if it helps you feel comfortable, he will step in

To make food for a whole banquet was tiring.

Jamil tried to get out of it more times than not, especially when a certain someone would spring a surprise 'we have guests tommorow and I need you to make this, this, this and this!!' Last minute

He was tired.

So when he was forced to cook a big banquet for the 15th night in a row, he snapped. He told Kalim no and told him to make his own food for his guests because he was sick and tired of doing it - which kalim begged for him to do it one more day, but Jamil held his ground on it!!

He stormed out, only having one place in mind

So now, Jamil was at Ramshackle dorm trying to ignore all the cobwebs and cracks of the 'home' the headmaster had you staying in. You were stronger than he was, that's for sure. He wouldn't be able to handle this dirt trap for long

The headmaster would have surely kicked him out due to the complaints he would make

Grim wasnt happy to say the least. He still wasnt over the overblot.. but Jamil could care less about what he thought

He also SWEARS he saw something crawling about, making it even worse.. and the limited food you have here??? .... was that mouse he just heard? Oh wait.. it was just Grim trying to scare him away. What was his problem with him anyways???

Either way, he could not allow this to continue any further.

While he couldn't help... the other disadvantages of Ramshackle, he could at least make sure you felt full!

Naturally, he left without a word, making you believe that he had gone back to Scarabia

You couldn't blame him for thinking cooking for the umpteenth time in a row was better than risking bugs over himself...

But then he came back about 15 minutes minutes letter, his hands FULL of ingredients

It was about time you had a proper meal

He was surprised honestly. He had come here to avoid cooking and yet here he was, making a meal for the three of you. Maybe it wasnt as bad as making a whole banquet, but he was so sure in not wanting to cook for at least a month..

Or maybe it was because he was cooking for you. Your reactions always made it worth the hassle afterall

Feeling bad about having him do all the work, you offered to help cook. He was surprised but allowed it anyways. Its not like he wanted to do all the work all the time, so to have it split was nice

It was a mix of chaos at first since grim ALSO wanted to help

There was flour dusting the floor, milk halfway spilt, and eggs completely gone despite the fact Jamil only needed 3 out of the box (who knows where the rest went??)

But alas, it was all worth it when the three of you sat on the floor of the living room and ate together. Grim gushed about the food, all of a sudden happy to have Jamil over instead, Jamil ranted about his time at Scarabia before talking about how quieter it seemed here
