Lost/ptsd

I am stuck in a hole of never-ending darkness, No light and No exit, just cries and loud voices, panic,anxiety,sadness,scars, bleeding wrists, and aching heart, depression. Dragged throughout the day by the tiniest piece of hope. One of these days I’ll be back to me. It never happens. Tomorrow I will want to die again, But I won’t. Living with no particular destination, I am breathing with the uncertainty of tomorrow. Running in circles, leaving a trail of blood, if it was that easy, I would have given up instead. Temporary smiles and empty laughs, make the pain go away until it’s back, killing me but not enough to take my breath. I’m in love with this sadness, get me out of here, I beg...

Can I let go now?
