aaron's voice is deeper than andrew's but andrew's voice is raspier.

both aaron and andrew are pickers. they'll pick at anything they can get their hands on. their nails, their cuticles, hangnails, loose thread, sticker labels. if it can be picked at, they will pick at it.

after andrew starts his medication, aaron sees all the same tics he has when he's tempted to use again show up on andrew.

andrew likes the color red. aaron likes green.

both of them slept with stuffed animals when they were younger. tilda ruined aaron's when he was 11. a foster brother ruined andrew's when he was 9. both of them remember it happening.

aaron has never had a cavity. andrew has a cavity every time he goes to the dentist.

both of them are light sleepers. when they shared a room at tilda's house, they both pretended to be asleep when the other woke them up.

andrew is better with kids than aaron is. but andrew is good with kids in the way that he doesn't treat them like kids. he talks to them the same way he talks to everyone else (but without saying fuck).

neither of them can swim. andrew's foster parents never taught him, and tilda never bothered.

both of them will pretend they are totally fine when they're sick. but aaron gets mean while andrew withdraws.
