He barred his teeth, like a Bela Lugosi-esque vampire might do. But he dropped his hands, and rested them on his hips. 

 “But how about this- I didn’t see you- if  you don’t see me going through his pockets.  Deal?”

      The vampire was silent at first, just taken back that this guy was so even-tempered about this situation. Granted, this stranger did call Ross’ victim his drug dealer. Probably hyped up on drugs as is. “Yeah, sure. Okay. Deal.”

“There is this food truck that parks  a few streets over-? It’s got like- tacos  burritos..all that sort of stuff. It’s really  good, if you’d want to try?”

  “Sure okay. That sounds good. Would you prefer to walk over? Or I can drive us?”

Cassidy leaned across the doorway, as he blocked the path with his entire body. He’d been afflicted for over a hundred years now- and this was a habit he’d kicked a long time ago. 

 “You know wha’ I’m talkin’ about. If  you think about it, you can tell wha’   I am. So I’m tellin’ you, an’ I know a   thing or two, from experience, that   this is not something you want to do.”

  Seeing how he wasn’t going to get past this guy, he decided to stop trying. Ross then looked the guy over now realizing that this wasn’t an ordinary guy but a vampire. “Then what do you do?” He really needed help and this other vampire seemed to have some sort of control over his hunger, or so Ross thought.

He’d turned around the corner, and stopped in his tracks as he saw the scene. The vampire feasting on the man he was supposed to meet. Instead of doing the smart thing, and running away, Klaus’ addiction spoke up.

“Hey! You! You just ate my drug dealer!!”

  Ross had thought they had been alone up until he heard a stranger. He dropped the man he had killed and took a few steps back. “I uh...” He replied unsure how he should respond since the guy wasn’t even alerting anyone. Plus it didn’t help how calm the guy was. “I’m sorry...?”

With the joint between her fingers, she took a quick pull then she held it in for a moment. With a smokey exhale, Emma reached behind her and fetched a pack of tarot cards.

 “Alright, then, let’s look into the future.”

  “Hell yeah. Let’s see how awesome it's gonna be.” He smirked as he moved books and magazines from the coffee table so she had enough room. Once it was clear he moved his chair closer and sat down across from her. “Have you read your own?”
