Hi! I sent in the HC about Baron being arrested when Warren was a young teen. I loved your drawing and I’m glad you liked my theory. I also have another HC that Warren repeated freshman year and that’s why he’s older than them. He’s a sophomore in the movie but he was a freshman twice bc he did something violent and got kicked out of school year one but was given a second chance, so he’s like 16. It adds to the backstory of why everyone is so scared and adds to my theory of fresh wounds freshman year. I think of him as like a Patrick Verona (from ten things I hate about you) type character, the whole school has a million rumors about him and where he was and almost none are true. I also like to think that he’s trying really hard to get his shit together (probably bc he doesn’t want to disappoint his mom) it’s why he got a job and is clearly a nice, thoughtful person outside of school, but everyone keeps testing him and that’s why he loses it in the cafeteria. Thoughts? ❤️

I don't even think about Sky High as often as I used to, but I had this random thought where Warren used to be a huge fan of the Commander before he threw his dad in jail.

I know most people hc that Barron was arrested when Warren was little, but as far as I remember they never actually state when it happened. So in my hc he was arrested when Warren was like 13/14. Just on the cusp of becoming a man and he suddenly loses the guidance of his father. Like right before starting freshman year, so he has to enter the nightmare of high school and he’s also dealing with all this shit, (I also refuse to accept that he’s a freshman in the movie, that man is at least 16 idc, so he went through freshman year before the rest of the gang). It’s also why kids are so scared of him, it was just in the news last year, so they were old enough to see it first hand. I think it’s much fresher than people might think, and that’s why he’s so incredibly hostile towards Stronghold, the wound is still very much open.
