hello my dearest oriel! ahh my poor wings aren't doing too poorly, thankfully! the bad one is popping a bit and gets a little stiff if i keep them furled too long, but it's nothing i can't handle — no aching from day to day, though that may be due to the life of leisure i've been leading of late :P

i've been bundling up when i rest, but funny enough i oft forget to shield myself from the cold when i head out into the world! quite a few times i've caught glances from my fellow forest dwellers who clearly wonder what this silly furless creature is doing wandering in the snow clothed so! but altogether things are quite pleasant :]
