Furthermore, while this extreme self-sacrifice trait upended Aizawa’s life, the manga makes a point of emphasizing how rare self-sacrifice became among the hero class after the rise of All Might. Their society has more of a structural problem of selfish heroes rather than selfless ones, so Aizawa’s schtick feels counterproductive.

Anyways this whole charade feels even more contrived because Shirakumo was not overly self sacrificial. He's nowhere close to Izuku's borderline suicidality and just reading the vigilantes part of his backstory it's just. not a trait I'd even associate with his character. He dies, while doing exactly what he's told, in a complete accident.

Accidents are not sacrifice. Shirakumo was not a martyr. So Aizawa claiming that he death-expels students to prevent more kids from ending up like Shirakumo doesn't just feel contrived, it feels like a lie he tells himself so he can sleep through class in his yellow sleeping bag at night and be convinced he's Really A Good Teacher.

So apparently the first bout of the story had her be an artfical human and after becoming a True Ancestor (artfical ver.) she would have a normal life.

Weirdly I see her as a tulpa considering how its left ambigous what she ACTUALLY IS...
