On the twins' 23rd birthday, Princess Leia requested a painting of herself and the prince to commemorate the event. The artist highly praised their professionalism during the sitting, yet there are rumours that he allegedly described their stillness as being beyond true stillness, and their silence deeper than true silence. Servants who were present have also claimed that the stars themselves lit up above the prince and princess, no doubt a sign of their divine favour, though this is perhaps a story spawned after the fact by the artist’s rendition.

Another portrait commissioned by Vader of his precious kids XD My aim with this painting was to give it a Renaissance or Regency Era feel, especially with how royalty are portrayed in such a grand fashion. Drawing Leia's outfits has certainly helped with that loll she's so fun to design! :D
