hmmmm….. i definitely don’t reach for AUs of media i’m unfamiliar with, like the ones mentioned above (the pnf star wars special is about as far as i’ll go with that lol). likely an E for me, maybe a D if it’s something i’m genuinely interested in
B! i loooove secret identity tropes and a superhero au is always a good trope to use it in. that being said i don’t typically seek them out, but it will always scratch a certain double-life itch for me
as someone who’s written a coffee shop au in the past, it’s a C for me. love writing them but reading them is so-so. but if they’re done well i could be convinced to read more of them!
