It's 2 am on a school night, but I wanted to post this because I think it's long over due.
If you've followed this blog for long enough, you'd know I've been more vocal about my political beliefs in recent years. As a result, some people threw nasty accusations against me based on a few posts I found interesting and reblogged. Anyway, I think that's what made me defensive and instead of explaining myself, I shut down and decided to stop caring.
I still won't explain myself, not to people I dont know. but I've been learning and growing and I want to make one thing clear myself, throughout this whole time and for many years before that, I've never not supported trans rights. I've never stopped caring or cherishing my trans friends and acquaintances, both online and irl. Since I'm not that active online and since messages can be misinterpreted, I feel like I owe this much to my trans mutuals on this blog.
It took me years to do this and I feel sorry. I don't think i can change much in your lives but if it at all matters and if you're reading this, please know that I value you and your experience and our interactions regardless of what political beliefs you or I may have. I have and will always stand for your dignity and humanity.
I've learned about the Rwandan genocide recently and as someone who's been well-familiar with South Asian politics, specifically the ethnic/religious politics in the state of Assam, the patterns are stark and the signs are unmistakable. I'm deeply horrified. The state of Muslim minorities in India will also affect religious minorities in neighboring Pakistan and Bangladesh. This is not just about India or Muslims, it's about all religions, ethnicities, and countries in South Asia.

My anatomy exam went surprisingly very well ! My physiology exam wasn't that good but I did pretty ok. In the afternoon I went on a walk with my sister and found this nursery !
since im logged into this blog, i thought i'd do an update...
I'm doing well, surviving. i'm finally where i longed to be the past half a decade or more. but now that i'm here, i've lost a lot of my motivation. i didn't think about where to go after arriving this far. so it's been a struggle, to say the least.
i've also lost a lot of family and friends in the past year or so. I'm building myself up, but I'm also losing parts of my life, and that's also kind of hard to juggle.
but i'm grateful to be alive. to feel the snowfall on my palm, to laugh along with friends, to enjoy art. i hope everyone is well too.

Women just think feminism is beneficial to men because we donβt want the right to violate and abuse other humans, so we donβt understand why men want to keep those privileges.
Trust me, if feminism were actually beneficial to men, they would support it. If patriarchy, a system invented by men for men, actually hurt men in ways that mattered to them, They would fight against it. Theyβre not stupid.
Stop watering down a movement so that it is palatable to misogynistic men who donβt care about womenβs issues.

Preparing for the first card final in med college, late night revision with my friend.
21.08.2021 | this is first time I have posted since starting medical college , I just couldn't decide if I wanted to be back here or not . For now I am back ! Already 3 weeks of classes are finished and I must say, studying is a lot different now and I am trying to get used to it slowly !

Its been raining here for a few days and it's already starting to feel like winter. Anatomy final is approaching and I dont know if I can get through this time , but we are going to try .
Haven't been here for some time lately. My offline classes have started, I moved out of home and been staying in college hostel . New environment, mostly new people and new things to learn. I constantly feel I am falling behind but I am trying, that's all I can do right now .

not just theoretically, I really did my best last week. and I still have so much do to T_T

never once did i feel capable of accomplishing 8hours of independent studying outside of school hours but lo and behold i have been blessed by god today. good job to me for pushing through honestly. however, despite my accomplishment today the anxiety of the upcoming alevel exams is still lingering over my soul, digging its stinking nails into my pink heart and preventing me from feeling happy about a new victory. sigh.
