Phantom has part of the Justice League Collective for a while now, and its very, very, very obvious that the 25* year old Ghost had a crush on Batman.
Everyone in the Watchtower knew, it was obvious in the way he watched Batman in awe, or how his cheeks would glow green when Batman hummed at him with approval.
Flash directly asked him one day, expecting a shy admittance or hasty, embarassed denial, but Phantom was very straightforward when he said yes, he did find Batman very romantically appealing.
So yes, everyone knew, even Batman himself though he's never spoken a word on how he feels about the situation.
And yet, Phantom never shoot his shot. He never tried extra hard for pair ups with Batman, never flirted with him, or asked him out, never went out of his way to show off. Sure he was ghost, but courting rituals and flirting couldn't have been that different from normal human ones.
One day, after watching Phantom once again go green in the cheeks when Batman thanked him for turning in a report on time(high praise from Batman), Green Lanturn finally broke. He asked Phantom why, if he did like Batman, he didn't actively pursue him.
The look Phantom gave Green Lanturn made everyone feel like idiots, before Phantom slowly, as if explaining to a group to 3 year olds, that it was "Inappropriate to date ones boss or coworker of higher authority. It created a power imbalance, even if it was a minor one, and could lead to workplace hostility and tension should the relationship sour. Their jobs as heros was important, but they were all beings with irrational feelings and emotions, and they couldn't chance letting those feelings hinder their responsibilities." Yes Phantom liked Batman, and if they weren't coworkers he would more seriously pursue him, but Phantom takes his job very seriously, as does Batman, and nobody wants the compromised.
*Rather Danny is actually 25 or is older and just looks younger is up to you but he is aged up and that is non negotiable.

I'm a BIG fan of low ranking characters suddenly thrust into a position of authority they're unprepared for. a young princess, too far down the line of succession to merit any training, forced onto the throne when her whole family dies in one attack. a lowly technician on a team who finds themself the defacto leader when a mission goes wrong and every single person above them is captured or killed. a group of strangers comes together for survival, and the only person with any assertiveness gets assigned a leadership role, even though they have no special skills. do these characters rise to the challenge and lead their respective groups to victory? do they crash and burn under the pressure so hard no one ever trusts them again? do they massively restructure their whole society because any system that puts them in charge can't be doing things right?

From what I've read, a common Trope is that Clockwork is Kronos. My idea is Danny going on time travel Adventures and ends up in very early time like before Kronos finds out about the prophecy of him being over throned early. Danny stays there till he can go back to his own time but Danny is there for a while.
I saw an idea that Clockwork or Kronos at the time only did what he did in the myth because he saw it was the best timeline and I like that idea for this. Danny going down in history or I guess the myths as Kronos is the first child. I want Danny to be known as his favorite child and to be known for making Kronos more merciful.
Now to the PJO part of this idea.
The Kronos that Recruited Luke is not Clockwork. Clockwork and Kronos are two separate beings now Kronos being his living part and Clockwork being the Dead part.
When the demigods are looking for a weapon against Kronos either they find the myths or one of the Gods tells them of the myths that involve Danny.
I don't think Danny's name would ever be said but Danny is thought to be either a Titan or a god of space and stars. I want Danny to have a very Kore figure. Like Persephone before she was kidnapped was some sort of an attendant to her mother, I want that to be the role that people think Danny played for Kronos. I want all of the older Gods to know about Danny but to not know where he went like they know he hasn't faded but they don't know what happened.
Danny travels through time and across the universe a lot. Mostly because he has an agreement with Clockwork and the Observants that if he does so they'll give him heads up if he's about to experience something that might drive him crazy, but also because he just likes to travel and visit alien civilizations.
As a result of his travels, he ends up learning a lot of cool things. Cool things that he doesn't realize are super big deals because he is learning them when they very much aren't. Stuff like various cultural rights and traditions of Krypton, how to construct Martian bio-ships, the origins of Themyscira... To him, they are just neat little tidbits, like people mentioning how Otters have favorite rocks. To the Justice League, and particularly to those from nearly dead species and cultures, everything he randomly drops lore on is a much bigger deal.
It's fine if you can't buy anything, but I'd really appreciate it if you could at least share this, I appreciate the support either way, as a side note, I can't offer them for any less than this, since PayPal significantly reduces my earnings due to currency conversion.
