Here's Darwin. He's elderly and didn't used to be so white, but I think it makes him look like he's wearing glasses, which is cute. Ignore my obnoxiously pink room. Darwin is my best friend -- I take him everywhere I can -- but he does have a sister (Ana, the dog he's laying on). Ana is very light and he is very dark, which is hilarious and makes me think of blondies and brownies. Or, alternatively, undercooked chicken and overcooked chicken. I had chicken for dinner.

And I do have other pets, if Ana wasn't telling of that. I've got my cat Sequoia, who is the most beautiful girl. I named her after the national park and I actually believe I've had her longer than I've had Darwin (a decade, I think). Then there are the twin kittens Monkey and Kali. Also I have a turtle and her name is Toodle. That's about it right now, but the pet count is always changing because I love animals...

Here is Sequoia, Darwin, and Kali laying in an odd position because she's an odd cat. That dirty ball is her current favorite thing, but I'm 90% sure it's a dog toy. Sequoia loves laying on my collection of stuffies (I actually think she's doing that right now). Darwin loves laying on the pillow where I sleep and then growling when I tell him to move. I love them.
