they had made it to their hotel pretty late the night before, so it surprised elliot when she had woken up so early the next morning. it couldâve been excitement,it couldâve been the nerves that she had felt when it came to thinking about her and dimitri (all good thoughts). but nonetheless, it was nice to wake up beside him, cuddled up with him underneath the covers. she took a moment or two to just study his face, smiling to herself. he looked so peaceful, and completely adorable; it made her stomach fill with butterflies.
she finally decided to stop gawking at him, getting out of bed carefully so that he could keep sleeping. she made her way into the little kitchen, shutting the door behind her gently so that she could start cooking breakfast, humming softly to herself as she started to fry bacon and mix pancake batter. she loved cooking, even though she didnât do it often. it was something that her mom had taught her how to do, and she loved all the memories that came about whenever she was cooking away. when she heard the bedroom door open, she called over a cheerful, âgood morning!â and carried on with her cooking.
Dimitri truly was a Disney virgin. He blamed it on his childhood and how he truly had no idea what a âTVâ was until he... well moved to the USA. Even then he grew up in the 90â˛s and being outside was the only thing to do. He used to play for literal hours under the heat of Texas in his childhood and into his teenhood. Probably was he was in literally every sport in high school.
But for Elliot he would go through the embarrassment of not know and just put a smile on her face. Something he wanted to do for years to come. He rolled over, wanting to pull her into him. But was bet with silence and coldness. He sat up and rubbed his face before heading towards the door.Â
He smiled hearing her welcome. And he couldnât help himself he walked up to her and pulled her into him, kissing her cheek softly. âGood morning,â he whispered softly. âPrincess.â
