Lost a few lbs (not intentionally) but been seeing muscle gains lately.

I’ve considered making an OF or patreon to help boost the gains. Idk if I’d goon on there though, maybe for like a higher tier subscriber. Is a patreon or OF something yall would wanna see?

I think this is something to consider forsure. Idk if long term chastity is something I’d really be interested in but adding the element of gaining with chastity is really hot imo

Maybe you should try withholding jerking off until you reach certain weight goals. Whether that’s +5lbs when stuffed or empty, could give you more of a goal to strive for. Good stuff though pig

But yes. I had appendicitis when I was 16 and they did the appendectomy through my belly button as two smaller holes around my belly. This caused a lil thinning of the lining and has given me what could be a hernia. My doc said it looks fine and if it’s not giving me issues then nothing to worry about lol

You absolutely should try it out. I think everyone should dabble in a lil 10-20lb gain and see for themselves how they like the added weight.
