Not sure what you mean by aftermath? Just rub one out lol rub your belly as you pleasure yourself, take it in and have fun.

If you mean after you nut and the reality sets in, just ask yourself “did I have fun? Would I do that again?” And if the answer is yes then that’s great! Allow yourself to recover and go ahead and do it again maybe in a few days.

I think you absolutely should try it out for a couple of months!

Realistically, at a slow and sustainable gain, you should be able to put on ~15-20lbs anywhere over 4-6 months. I think that is a fair amount of weight that’ll let you know if this is something you ideally want for yourself and want more of or not.

For newbie gainers, sometimes the issue is you get too excited, too turned on, you stuff yourself silly, maybe make yourself sick, gain the weight in a short amount of time, freak out and then want to drop it as quickly as you picked it up. Nothing wrong with that, but it isn’t the same as actually giving yourself the chance to enjoy the process.

I think cardio health is something that comes to mind. Feeling tired, needing a break. Or taking up more space / not fitting on rollercoasters. Being sweaty is def one of those things that makes me feel terrible because it feels like people judge you for being sweaty (even though that actually means your body is doing what it needs to do to remove toxins and impurities but I digress)

I’ve actually been lucky and gotten sick very rarely when I’ve stuffed myself. But I do have days where I don’t wanna eat much, or where I just want a salad or fruits or something light. I try to find a balance where my body feels good with what I put in it.

I have a few times. I think it works well to gain as a supplement to heavy eating (gainers should not use them for their intended use as meal replacements. Only use them for meal replacements if you actually need these for medical reasons)

I’m not a fan of them. The taste is fine (strawberry is very good actually) but they give me really bad heartburn / reflux so I don’t buy them. I also don’t think that we should be drinking multiple boosts in a day lol I see ppl drink 4 of them in a sitting and as erotic as that is to know someone is chugging down thousands of calories, idk if our bodies are meant to process days worth of vitamins and minerals in a sitting.

I also think some gainers use them as a crutch. Yea you have a case of boost and yea you drink a few a day but what else are you doing to gain? If you’re not changing your habits, why are you shocked if you haven’t gained weight in months despite having multiple cases of boost?

Love to hear it! I think you owe it to yourself to make your dreams a reality. It’s hot to imagine yourself at a certain size or growing, but it’s hotter to take the steps to make that vision into your reality.

It is something that gives me a lot of satisfaction. I’ve been in relationships where gaining wasn’t a thing and while those were fine, when compared to my relationship where gaining is in the forefront, I feel more fulfilled in this. I think being open with my partner that this turns me on and knowing that it turns him on, being able to gossip about things in the community, teasing each other, calling each other fat, etc def makes me happier

I chew some gum lol. Digestion starts at the mouth, and if you make your body think more food is coming, it starts digesting what you have in the stomach faster.

Nooo lol. No shaming to those who are, it’s just not something that turns me on.

I don’t typically feed guys. I have in the past and had one “gainer” who would eat 80% of the slice of pizza and wouldn’t eat the rest and would claim to be done with the whole pizza when all the crust was still there….Or I’d have a “gainer” who wouldn’t order nearly enough food. Everyone has their own preferences and what not, but if I’m gonna feed someone, I need to know the person is committed and willing to eat a bunch, not just a regular meal or cutting corners in the meal lol.

I think it’s fine to have days where you really wanna pig out and days where you don’t. If you do want to see results though, on those days where you don’t wanna pig out, just make some choices that are healthier but still have higher calories. You can have a yogurt parfait and add some nuts or dried fruits to it, you can have a salad but add lots of croutons or dressing, etc.
