World’s Greatest Dad, Lance Sterling

{Oh, and Spy too}

Lance Sterling is a father like Manny from Ice Age.

Now, now hear me out.

Just look at the way he cares for Walter and is so protective of him, you cannot tell me that is not fatherly instinct he acquired over years of parenting

My theory(more like a headcannon) is that Lance has a 17 year old daughter who he loves dearly and tries to protect so much. The light of his life and greatest miracle. This is where my OC comes in. Her name is Riele Drea Blue-Sterling. She is smart, quick intelligent, cynical

Mild-mannered, childlike and perky. Not to mention an independent dreamer and tomboy. Her dad calls her Bean, because when she just a newborn and Lance held her, she was so small with her little legs dangling off his hands.

She is voiced by Halle Bailey.

Now of course, Lance is super protective of El(Riele's nn) because of what happened to his mother and his co workers. However it really frustrats his daughter as she has aspirations to be a great spy like him, though he wished she wouldn't and trained her from the age of 5.

El does show appreciation for everything Lance does for her as Lance being so devoted to his daughter and puts all his grief and pain aside to spend time her with her whenever he can. Ahem, teaching her how to drive and showing the telescope he got from his mother.

Also Lance insists that El is more awesome than he is and brags about her all the time to his teammates. Especially Killian, who tries to resists the urge to hurt his smug behind.
