Forgive me Tumblr- for it has been a shit long time since my last update. I need a place to document my fitness and I haven’t shared some health news with all my friends and family, co workers and clients. I don’t even remember who from my “real life” follows me on here, if you are reading this then you know. I gots the Lyme disease- I caught it early and have been on antibiotics for about a month. Today I got off my ass and went for a run. The fastest pace I got was about a 14.4 mile. And I’m shot. This thing is a bitch!!!!! Fuck all this. I’m focused and will beat this as fast as I can. Blood work follow up from last check in the am. Good day. I said good day.

it’s been a long ass time since I wrote anything on here.. whole 30 starts tomorrow... maybe I’ll write a bit.  Thanks for reading
