The Future is Bright

I’ve turned two of my best friends onto my favourite fitness YouTuber and gotten another to come to the gym with me twice this week when she hadn’t been in prob over a year. I am *thriving*, I am a fitness pied piper 😌

trained with weights for the first time after almost a month of cardio only! My arms will be soo sore tomorrow but it actually felt amazing and I think I’ve figured out my new work schedule enough that I can fit this in regularly again

Just got word that my gym is reopening on Monday and g e n u i n e l y shouted “YES” and teared up a little? It’s been a long quarantine man

The idea, just over a year ago, that I would be working out every day would have been unimaginable. There was a point where if I worked out twice in a year that was pretty good. Now I’m not just working out daily, I *enjoy* it...crazy.
