crazy thang is whenever someone makes a post talkng about how xyz thing annoys them someone will always go 'oh so we're not even allowed to do [thing] anymore??' like no you literally can. that person just will not like you. if that is enough to stop you then its not that youre not allowed its that you are not capable of existing outside of the approval of others
why are you asking for permission. begging? are you a dog or a man
there it is
ok iām done complaining. i spent a whole day working with a community of singer-songwriters and 3 days later damage is still being rolled out
The Music Industry. in the past week i've had to think about this fucking entity more than i like to, but i think, if you're paradoxically wanting to succeed in this industry AND unwilling/unable to interact relationally, reciprocally, and thoughtfully with any human being, including ones in The Industry, then you probably should reevaluate viability. yknow. and! if the act of Listening to People triggers every defence mechanism and trauma response then i'm rly not sure if "making $100000 from my hit single" is that important in the face of all that.
we all need to commit to 1. troubling the notions of āāsuccessāā and 2. defeating the fantasy of being a specialist whoās really good at One Thing. āiām really good at playing music and iāve dedicated my whole life and soul to it, because of my objective excellence i should be able to make a living from only doing musicā iām so sorry but no!! firstly you can try define success from an aesthetics lens perhaps? since youāre doing art?? or maybe even from a relational point of view ā āmy practice fosters new connections between artists and a bunch of new collaborations are now happening bc of my efforts and curationā. and secondly, you sound like a godawful hang so maybe that could use some work. who wants to be around someone who can only talk about how good they think they are at music all the time? who wants to talk to someone who can only accept being in a position of power and domination all the time? YUCK!
Are you a person?
Im normal

I want to write about the lore regarding the guy in the third panel:
You guys are right that the guy eating food IS the dad from Crayon Shin-Chan. There is an official spin-off that is a gourmet manga starring Shin-Chanās dad.
The silent man in the third panel is a reference to a certain artist on Pixiv who became a meme because he kept posting gay fanart of himself together with Shin-Chanās dad, titled āHiroshi Nohara and meā. Sadly it seems like his account is deleted now.
Anyways thatās the lore! The more you know!
I deadass donāt know how to respond

ok so this is another long shot but a few years ago there was a twitter post (in japanese i think?) that had measurememts for how to make this book stand thing out of cardboard that you could use to double up books and use up more space on shelves
back then i made a bunch of these but by now i lost the pic and dont know how to find the original post anymore
if it comes down to it i can just take one apart and get the measurements from there but i would be very grateful if anyone happens to have the original post or something similar??
don't mind how long it's been since i made this post, anyway i realized that i don't even need to take one apart to get the measurements when i can literally just unfold it and refold it /FACEPALM
so anyway here is the diagram for anyone else who is interested!!
this requires pretty big carboard pieces, if you have a really big box or something you can make it from one piece, but if you don't, you can also just make each of the pieces individually and then tape them together
and then in the end you put it together like this!!
and then when you make a bunch you can put them all next to each other and stack your books like crazy
EVERYONE START GETTING MORE USE OUT OF YOUR SPACE NOW!!!!
has anyone noticed recently that it's expensive
times like these really make you appreciate pouring river water in your socks
