Do you think that Angie reminds herself everyday that Kamisama exists even though she never believed because she desperately wants her god to be real since He would be the only one that would want to be with her.

Do you think that Angie is actually afraid of death, not because it's the end but because she would be proven right, that Kamisama doesn't exist and therefore her entire purpose would've been for nothing.

Do you think Angie would be patronizing to those who made mistakes on trials, because she didn't want them to die even though she said to not be afraid, because if they did die, she would feel at fault because Kamisama is supposed to be always right as a god, and that would prove He is wrong or even not real.

Do you think Angie never actually knew how to be proper friends with someone, so instead she converts them into her religion because that's the only reason anyone even talks to her back on her island.

Do you think Angie grew up feeling different from everybody, so she desperately clung onto the idea she was the oracle of Kamisama, and once she was flocked to as their messenger, taking in their wishes and prayers, she once again felt like an outcast because she was still different, even if it was the "good" type of different.
