Angie keeps a bubbly, calm but eccentric personality that seems especially odd in their situation (being in a killing game). She has deep faith in her god and that's what keeps her from panicking. She wants other people to believe in Kami-sama because He helped her, and also because she wishes for others to befriend her through believing in Kami-sama, because she was lonely for such a long time and often feels so, which I think she has repressed because she thinks Kami-sama is her companion and the only one she needs.

She also knows how to read people and their feelings, using it to manipulate and get them to do what she wants, as seen in Chapter 3 with Himiko, and then when she recruits people into the "Ultimate Academy Student Council". The Student Council is, what I would argue, a noble but misguided attempt at stopping the killing game and to befriend her classmates, showing that she does care for everyone. She never made them attack the other students, she simply used odd ways of keeping them inside (putting a giant rock on top of the manhole to the other escape and when she destroyed the Flashback Light) and to quell their want to leave, which would mean no more killing. Even when Tenko was found out to only be a part of the group to protect Himiko, Angie forgives her and holds no ill-will.

Her dates in "Love Across the Universe" mode really do show how much she can't separate herself from Kami-sama. It's only in the Free Time events can she do that, but that's after Shuichi gets angry at her, which makes her realize her wanting Shuichi is her own will, not Kami-sama's.

She has a rather weird outlook on people. On the first date in the AV room, she seems rather excited about human trafficking, while people would obviously see it as something horrible. She sees people as merely offerings, but when she gets close to them, her outlook changes and she begins to care, as we can see with how she tries to stop the killing game with the Student Council. She also never suggests to use the students as offerings, only their blood. It seems to her that people are faceless unless they can get closer to her.

On the third date, she also seems to see children as nothing much, unlike how most would think they are precious shows of life. Maybe entertainment (seeing as how she says to play dominoes with them to make Kami-sama happy) or offerings, but that's all.

She also dislikes doing things for no reason, calling it stupid if there's no reason for doing it.

She's really stubborn, especially when it comes to her faith (which, to be honest, a lot of people are). She doesn't want to change her faith to any other god (LATU Library - Date #3, when picking the option to read the fucking Bible) and she doesn't seem to listen to others when they say they don't want to believe, usually leaving them be by saying they are waiting for them (FTE #1 (Kaede)). It's also seen when she wants Shuichi as her husband. She's adamant and doesn't allow Shuichi's decision to be heard. Maybe it's because no one on her island would refuse her word, and even when this is her own want separate from Kami-sama's, she still can't seem to accept someone would reject her will.

I would say Angie always meant well, wanting others to be helped through her faith but can't seem to comprehend when others don't want to believe in Kami-sama as well, since she's been around people who do without question her whole life.

It also seems that Angie is saying that Kami-sama is both on the ground (FTE #1 (Shuichi)) and in the sky (LATU Library - Date #2). Either he's omnipresent, she's being inconsistent, or it's a writing error — I don't know.
