My brain is really fixated on huge and heavy dumps right now. Like several pounds heavy, especially with dls. Maybe they ate too much, maybe they held it for too long. Whatever the scenario, it's just sitting in their belly, making them super bloated. They cant even fart anymore, it's all just intense pressure from how backed up they are. They're walking slowly, trying to keep it inside. But then a cramp hits, the pressure sets in and it's all over. It's coming out, and it's coming out now.
