Now I’ve had time to get my thoughts together, I wanna talk about Jester in episode 49. So here follows musings on her philosophy, morality, and generally fascinating ideology.

Jester led the conversations with both Nott and Caleb, and did so with a delicacy and gentleness that her 18 Wisdom supports, but we don’t always see or expect from her. But I think the way she guided the revelations and gave comfort tells us a ton about her way of looking at the world. And it’s not quite what her normal “happy-go-lucky” exterior would lead anyone to believe.

underrated Vox Machina moment from way back in Episode 25, about 20 minutes into the episode: Vax the rogue, caught mid-lie by the Big Bads of the campaign arc, decides with the conviction unique to disaster bisexuals that he’s going to try and fuck his way out of trouble regardless of his failed Deception check.

arguably one of the best eps of campaign one is ep 31, Gunpowder Plot pt 1, or the one in which scanlan polymorphs into a triceratops and destroys an entire mansion.
