Feedback: I was imagining an encounter where the player meets Solal in the final boss scene. I actually thought my character may not be most suitable if he’s in a 2D game?? But I don’t want the game scene to look too cartoonish for this. So I thought it would be better if it’s in a narrative such as [So, you are the one who made it here…] (xxx). I hope it creates a feeling of serious and mysterious combination, indicating the next will be boss fight or something.

It lowkey looks like undertale sans judgement hall after I done it😭

Feedback: So I tried to represent his traits like irritable, arrogant and aggressive. I got him sitting in a throne and him using a dagger to scrawl over a royal family painting so this symbolize his identity and also how he hates his family. The overall color palette as well as the environment should be dark and I think it gives a feeling of this character is as dark as he looks like. All facial expressions I chose are more exaggerated and menacing, to show that this man really has some mental issue with him for real

Description: Turn around sheet for my character

King Solal. From a everlost kingdom. VILLAIN. Would appear to be the final boss in the game. He was the younger brother of the former king and did hold the thought of stealing the throne. But he held it back because the symbol of their kingdom should be Hope and Courage. Then he found out his wife was having an affair with his brother and his brother murdered her for not letting anyone else know so Solal went mad and furious and slaughtered every single one of them in the castle!!<3

He is now left alone in the castle, mentally unstable, until the hero-*player* arrives and end his life.

Feedback: I love designing villian characters…. My first instinct is to do him like every king’s evil brother, like Scar or Loki…and I KNOW it just feels right. But instead of making him smart and elegant I prefer him to be more ruthless and impulsive? I designed himself and his weapon really huge to create a visually powerful deterrent effect for the players. I hope the design sends “I don’t wanna fight with this lunatic”vibe when the player sees this character…

For the armor I contain a lot of previous logo design element that symbolizes hopes and courage in the kingdom. I was thinking as the player explore the map(or interact with other npcs) they should be seen more or the logo. And when they see this on Solal’s armor they will know he surely belongs to the kingdom and once held power. But the freaking huge sword and the expression on his face is certainly not a good sign for you.

Feedback: I tried to make this place feel like it’s broken and abandoned. But you can tell someone or something has being here to discard and destroy all the objects. The light is coming at the back of the throne indicating this is the place where it’s important, but not fully lightened the throne, the front side facing the viewer is dark because it means that the person who held this throne is dangerous. This perspective is meant to show the view of the first floor because I want to include the light and shadow reflections as much as possible. I hope the center visual elements are strong enough. There might be some perspective issues and I can only try my best……

Description: pov you are exploring a broken castle

Feedback: I want to do a fallen kingdom and for game I wish it can be a final boss scene for players? So I did a empty and broken castle environment and I think it should look messy and dirty. The story will basically be a king went mad and slaughtered everyone so now everyone left the castle besides himself. There are paintings ditched all over the floor with knives stuck inside them, which is showing the madness this character have done and how mentally unstable he is. And it also shows that this place is not safe at all. There should be more stains on the ground when I detail it.

Somehow I feel like I should fix the perspective first and I’m trying🧎

Kraken Chowder

Recipe:

2 tbsp butter

1 medium onion, diced

2 ribs celery, diced

3-4 large yellow/ gold potatoes, cut into small cubes

1 Young Kraken tentacles, cook until the meat gets darker. It’s normal if it’s still moving after cooked

1 large sea shell

1 small can evaporated milk

2-4 cups heavy cream

1 bottle horseshoe crab blood
