This gorgeous project features a fully customised Bloodborne-themed Tarot deck, custom art prints, post cards, vinyl stickers, a mug, limited edition linocuts, and a fully customised guide book!
I have the great honour of being this project's Tarot consultant.
I have over a decade worth of Tarot reading experience, own a number of custom decks myself and regularly do readings for friends and family.
I have personally assigned each card to a character with attention to both the character or object within the lore of Bloodborne as well as Tarot meaning and symbolism on a deep level. I have used my experience I've gained over the years as a practicioner, but also the knowledge I've gained from books, from teachings of other Tarot readers, and from fruitful and rich discussions with other practicioners both offline and online, in addition to my deep love of the world of Bloodborne and the input from our amazing and dedicated artist team, to ensure a complex and unique deck.
This dedication led not only to a visual attunement to the lore of Bloodborne, but a lyrical one as well: The Major Arcana have been extensively renamed, and the Suits and Court Cards have been renamed. The Court Cards, for example, are no longer Pages, Knights, Queens and Kings - our Court Cards are Hunters setting out for the night, Seekers searching for insight, Saints in tune with their intuition, and Scholars full of ken.

For my fellow Tarot readers: the result is a deck with a truly unique feel and energy to it. It feels connected to the vastness of the cosmos, the brightness of distant stars, the deep dark of the ocean, the luminousity of its unseen creatures. It is a deeply personal, deeply conversational deck. I can tell that reading with this deck will be without compare. Even if you are not familiar with Bloodborne, the lavish artworks and luxurious quality of this set is absolutely amazing!
For my fellow Bloodborne fans: Even if you have never done a Tarot reading, and never want to do one, I still encourage you to treat yourself to the deck and the booklet - each of the 78 cards is a piece of Bloodborne in and of itself, from micro-fiction, to character voice, to a micro-essay.
