It would be interesting to see Azula afraid to have Ty Lee at her back, or acting cautiously whenever she argues with Mai to avoid getting hurt again.

As for Mai and Ty Lee, they would feel the need to tread carefully around Azula. There would also be tension between the two of them: Mai would be aware that Ty Lee might leave if it suited her, and Ty Lee would realize that Mai is someone capable of betraying others with ease.

In *Witch Hat Atelier*, there is a "curse" that transforms a person into a silver tree; this curse accelerates when the affected individual feels at ease and happy.

That is just a bit of context: contrary to what my brother thinks, I don't want Azula to turn into a tree; rather, I want her to have a different kind of "curse."

Azula's fire is blue, and a while back, I read a *fanfic* in which her fire had a spiritual nature—capable of harming spirits, or something of that sort. There was also another *fanfic* where she traveled to the Spirit World with Yue's help, which involved a kind of temporal shift or something similar. So, let's take those three ideas and mix them with my own schizo imagination.

Azula is under a curse that causes her body to gradually turn blue or emit blue flashes—much like Viktor in *Arcane*—whenever she feels calm or happy, causing her body to "rot" and forcing her to travel to the Spirit World to stay alive.

The original idea doesn't look much like what it used to be, due to my schizophrenic mind and my obsession with having references.

Can anyone else see the potential I do in Azula x Mai x Ty Lee? Or even Azula x Katara! That would be so cool and sad.
