I hate when employers are like your shift starts at this time, but you arent considered late until 10 mins after, but also you have to get here right when your shift starts or youll get in trouble. Also you need a doctors note to call in sick, but you cant always get a doctors note so it's fine if you don't have one and everyone calls in sick without a doctor's note, but you do technically need one. Also your productivity needs to be at 80% or you'll get in trouble, but if its below that and your supervisor isnt saying anything then its not a problem, but it could be a problem eventually so be sure to keep your productivity level up, but dont bother tracking it yourself or worrying about it. JUST TELL ME WHAT THE ACTUAL RULES ARE SO I KNOW WHAT I CAN AND CANT DO!!!!!! its like they expect me to read between the lines and understand some secret message theyre trying to tell me but im just confused and stressed out about unintentionally doing things thatll get me in trouble
