colors like yellow, green, and pink are fun to use but if you're using the very bright (or very dark) variants, this can make them difficult to even notice. i believe tumblr defaults to white bg with black text, but if you were to edit that and make your text white without also editing the background color, that text wouldn't be visible. i am more than happy to give tips on readability and things like this, if anyone is in need.
