Featherweight
Her personality (and cutie mark) can be defined as: a healthy budgerigar. Part pony, part bird, that's the reason why she has a long face. She also has no ears; only "cheeks" for hearing. :>
Petal Breeze
Yooo it's Petal Breeze month! She's that sultry, mysterious qipao wearing neighbor who everypony's imagined themselves in a relationship with at some point. (A nod to her oldschool breeding sheets on deviantART-- she has over 20 offspring). Smells amazing.
Double Trouble/Arnica
She is what you call a chimera, which is an extreme form of genetic mosaicism. Two ponies in one, but really just one pony, with one personality: Fight Me. She has a sister who is like a chill version of her, but not part of the main 6.
Princess Prim Plum
Actually my "first' pony OC, explains why she's an alicorn. Kept it for the shits and giggles, not actually royal, more like an extremely unlikely ocurring stemmed from the union between an unicorn and a pegasus. She lives in a far off mountain seeking not to interfere with Equestrian politics (lmao)
Serendipity
Used to be an accidental Rarity lookalike. Likes to gift ponies when they least expect it. Totally tied the ribbons on herself, haha.
Rhythm Fall
Originally a crystal pony, she never saw the restoration of the Crystal Empire at the hooves of Cadance and Shining Armor, so she just kept that metaphorical and literal lack of shine along with the repressed trauma of Sombra. She makes music with falling droplets of rain and a xylophone.

Been meaning to post this for a while. My version of the mane 6, details ahead (from left to right):
Pinkie Pie: very pink, and a bit of white to make her into a Fruittella Swirl candy. Permanent party hat because life is every kind of party, yes even the bad ones. The ribbon bows highlight contrasting hair curvatures, her natural one is wavy goodness and the straight portion is a nod to her depressed alter ego which she has learned to accept, work with and proudly display as her process of inner healing.
Rarity: black opal themed. Wears Spike's fire ruby around her neck ever since, together with Pinkie she represents the bouncy curly girls in the gang. Those curl clumps are everything but even she has frizz sometimes (even with magic on her side)! Her eyes have a permanent ring light-like glow and her hooves are polished to perfection.
Twilight Sparkle: the sparkle can be metaphorical as in she shines her own light like a star, or literal as in she has a hygiene obsession. Ties her mane up with one of those 90's neon coil bracelets/wristbands and wears her favourite quill from when Owlicious shed for the first time. Her hoodie sports the two average/mean colours of the visible universe (Cosmic Latte and Cosmic spectrum green).
Applejack: our blondie, furry farm girlie, definitely the chillest pony you'll find around these parts. Sports beautiful hazel eyes and earthly tones on her lower hooves. Both her hair and Fluttershy's hair have never seen a pair of scissors. Specializes in all practical knowledge and especially first aid, which she applied to herself when she had an accident at work, tending diligently to it ever since. Apples give her strength.
Fluttershy: a very petite deer hybrid that has reached unity with nature- lives in biological commensalism with a string-of-hearts. A sign of the times. Her wings are inspired by that of an albino luna moth, and she is, literally, always watching.
Rainbow Dash: as the contrast between white and black in natural light represents the full spectrum of colour, so does Rainbow Dash. Her body works much like that of a polar bear, with her fur being in fact translucent, and her skin being black. It was only after the one Sonic Rainboom to reverberate across Equestria, however, that she became Rainbow Ponyβ’. Her eyes were originally red.

Thanks for reading! This art is from a few months ago, a real challenge in terms of color theory. It is very clear that I have a tendency to use pastel colours and the like, but I wanted to make sure they worked as a group. Send any critique my way.
Didn't change their cutiemarks much. I like the way they all communicate in terms of simplicity and apart from RD's, they all display only two colours. This is not an AU, I tried to imagine them in the same plotline they've already been written for.
