Big! Very big. There’s an island-continent with forests, cities, towns, a desert, a Savanah, grassland, mountains, tunnels, and so on. There’s an underworld, an apocalypse dimensions-world, another dimension I don’t get to see, and a control “room” (many rooms) employees-only (so to speak) area

We have A LOT of nonhuman alters. Many nonhumans are still humanoid/human shaped, but lots that are not-human shaped as well. Very much shape shifting happens as well

Currently, our spreadsheet as 538 entries. I’ve been told there’s a few dozen more, but that’s The NumberTM

Thinking, “I feel like a bird. I know I’m not a bird. I am not hallucinating that I look like a bird. But I feel my feathers poof when I’m mad, I get panic-attack upset that I can’t fly, and I feel like a bird.”

We all belong

Some people have an Inner World, a mind palace they purposefully or subconsciously built to exist/communicate/interact/etc with each other, but other don’t! They may also have one but all or some alters have have limited access; they may also have limited awareness because their mind’s eye’s eye doesn’t show a very clear picture, or because they don’t have access to all of their senses in their mind’s eye (thinking in vibes and/or thinking in pictures, sounds, smells, textures, tastes, interoception/body feelings, or proprioception (placement/movement) which impacts some people to the point of aphantasia (no mental picture”picture”/mind’s eye). If there is no Inner World it may be possible to create one, similarly to how some people build an internal “happy place.”

Hearing alters as “voices” can range from hallucinating-hearing an alter, to hearing them as if they’re one of your own thoughts; it may not be clear when it’s your thoughts verses the thoughts of another alter

It’s not just the “obvious” stuff that gets hidden by amnesia, and amnesia can happen within one alter- not just between them
