Letting go not because I dont love him but because I do

It's not that I cant love other people, it's that no matter what I can't stop loving Them. And I will forever feel guilty for loving him, even when I love other people in equally profound ways. He still haunts my dreams.

I feel guilty for this but I would genuinely take any attention i could get and just settle for that. I don't have standards, I struggle with boundaries, and I attach to people quickly. I'm such a wreck and I'm so unbelievably lonely and every night I have a nightmare of being abandoned by my true love. I don't know how to handle it in a healthy way
