I could go full-on rant about how disappointed I am in the Loki show.

I absolutely despise the Loki X Sylvie ship for multiple reasons, I don’t like how Loki didn’t even really feel like the main character of his own damn show, how Loki didn’t seem exactly Loki-like, the piss-poor writing was disappointing, the awful way that they threw away character development and everything with that horrid kiss— I could go on.

But honestly, I don’t want to waste too much time on it, because I think that the most of us feel the same.

Writer 1: Loki is bisexual, so should we mention that in the show?

Writer 2: We can, but it’s risky. Let’s only do it in a vague, subtle comment that can be missed; then we can claim to be progressive if anyone asks. We wouldn’t want to piss of the homophobes and lose their money.

Writer 1: Maybe that’s a good call…but what if we tried giving him a male love interest, just to see how it goes?

Writer 2: No! That would definitely piss off the homophobes! Let’s give him a female love interest like every movie and television show ever.

Writer 1: Alright. How about his sister-self that’s he’s known for two days?

Why did they have to go and make Loki and Sylvie a thing?

I viewed them as siblings almost and then they threw that in there. Not to mention they’re literally the same person.

Also, wow, great representation. (That’s immense sarcasm.)

They really said: “Yeah, Loki is bisexual. But we’re only going to mention it once. Subtly. And then we’re going to go full Disney Princess and make him fall for a woman he’s know for two days for a good old hetero relationship.”

Totally called it that Ravonna wasn’t good the moment she was on screen. She was sketchy af and so was the TVA, which has now been brought to light. Also definitely knew the Time Keepers would be made up; my sister, bro, and I weren’t shocked.

Do you guys think Sylvie is The Enchantress? That would mean she’s also Valkyrie. That’d be an interesting twist, though it might confuse some people lol
