Commander Society

For the past few months I've been really quiet, and just the other day I closed my website. I feel like I owe a status update to any fans, so here goes:

I've moved away from content production, as is clear from closing down Commandersociety.com. This is partly because I've had to work, and partly because I think I've said almost everything I can about Commander for the time being. I closed the site because I can't afford the upkeep on it anymore, and every time I look at it it made me feel like a failure. Moving forward I want to direct my activities towards making a impact in the Commander Community.

Over the past little while I've been working on a very different type of Commander project. Later more details will be revealed but for now I am going to stay silent. It will possibly be ready by the time Dominaria comes out, but it might come out when the following set comes out. I've learned a lot about Marketing through the creation of Commander Society, and this makes me feel confident about the direction of my current project in development.

In the future you should expect:

1. Two promotional giveaways. One will be a Set of 10 Shocklands from Return to Ravnica block. Once I announce my new project I will have a follow-up giveaway of the 10 Fetchlands (mixed sets).

2. A rebranding of my online entity. Leading up to the announcement of my new project I will possibly change the name of this Tumblr and make visual changes that match those changes.

3. Me to be more responsive to messages. Feel free to ask stuff!
