So idk if you've seen Beast Wars or not, but if you have. If you wrote the BW characters and other Beastformers outside of the show’s cast to be into turning humans into sparklings, how would that go????

Because considering how animals are super protective of their young and will go feral depending on the species, do you think that their whole EM field thing and urge to care for humans is ten times worse???? Not to mention, most of these characters despite their Beast modes are still robots, so they're half animal half robot.

So there's a possibility this parental instinct exists no matter what animal they turn into. So you're basically dealing with a bunch of animal shifting robots who want to forcibly adopt you and turn you into their young. My personal headcanon is that Beastformer children are born in their beast modes first, and then when they transform for the first time, they finally have their robot modes.

Which is how it is in Beast Wars transformation wise, it's the other way around. Where Vehicular or non techorganic transformers transform into their alt modes when they're in robot mode most of the time. Beastformers are more likely to be in their beast modes more and turn into their Robot mode.

That was a bit info dumpy, but I'm just giving context in case you haven't seen Beast Wars.

My point is, I have a feeling that compared to the Autobots and Decepticons. The Maximals and Predacons would be even worse with these possessive parental behaviors. Especially since some would be more willing to kill those who upset their young or seem like a threat to them even if they're not, especially if they dare to take their babies from them.

I'm really curious how you'd do it since you write this concept in such a unique and terrifying way. But now that animals are involved, it's even more terrifying because the animalistic urges are being experienced by actual animals.

For the record, I'm seeing this with the BW characters in a modern setting and now the ancient Earth setting they were supposedly in. So that way we can have human characters that we can get to know and learn about before all of that is taken away from them when they're turned.

Sorry for how long this was, but yeah, how would you do this concept with Beast Wars characters???

So fun fact me and my GF had a roleplay with Cheetor kidnapping a human!

And we had the same idea of beastformer Sparklings starting out in their beast mode when born/sparklings

The OC we made for Cheetor ended up being a lil cheetah kitten that Cheetor caught all by himself. (Human name Cattus sparkling name Catalyst)

The thing with Beasformers in the MSDR au is that sparkling hunting would be a big thing in this universe.

Bots who wish to become parents go to Earth to find a suitable human to take and then hunt them down and capture them.

It’s way to show that the parent bot is able to keep track of their sparkling and keep them safe.

Humans would even be safe in small groups depending on who’s hunting them. Cause many beasformers would be used to large litters of Sparklings.

And depending on the animal that the human was turned into can drastically mess with the turned person as well since going from two legs to fours legs and a tail would be super jarring.

Humans would have loads of myths about people going camping and never returning. It would get to the point of humans going to investigate the disappearances only to be taken as well.

i’ve seen one argument that says that trans men are simply confused girls that were brainwashed by the patriarchy. like, no? i concede that some trans men lean a bit too far into the toxic masculinity of their cis peers, but it doesn’t change the fact that they are still men. they are simply trying to live their lives authentically as themselves; i don’t see how this is an issue. in fact, i think because it’s such a non-issue, no TERF i’ve seen here has ever gone after trans men.

your argument is that both that women don’t need to conform to the stereotypes of femininity, but then when trans women become involved suddenly not being feminine enough is a problem??

and i want to point out something else- they always define women as people with female sex organs, but they don’t seem to realize that some women simply lack them? intersex people exist, people. i’m tired of this “adult human female” bullshit.

and we’re just ignoring the cis women that have had their female sex organs removed for medical reasons. by your logic, they are no longer women.

and don’t get me started on the statistics that they use to justify their hatred of trans women. i get that a select few of them have done horrible acts, but that’s true of every group? the vast majority of the trans women i know are lovely people who simply want to be left alone to live their lives.

my beliefs on the matter:

- anyone can identify as whatever they wish. sex organs have no effect on any of this. male? female? dog? attack helicopter? go wild!

- trans people are not inherently more likely to commit violent crimes. every group has bad apples; they are no excuse to generalize and then discriminate against trans people.

- feminism is valid. i love and support women as much as the next person on this website. however, being a feminist is not an excuse to hate on people who are already oppressed enough as is and are trying to live their lives.

- good men are out there, and it’s our job to foster healthy masculinity and respect. i promise you it is more productive than hating on trans people.
