For day 3 of 50 day challenge you need to eat berries and/ or almonds.

This is my favorite to be honest. I love almonds and I love berries as well.

Berries protect your skin, heart, brain, and all other precious cells in your body. All berries have their own special health benefits, so instead of eating only blueberries, branch out! Include raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, and even cherries in your regular rotation for a wide range of health benefits.

While almonds are a great way to satisfy hunger, boost your energy, and keep you powered up. Nuts (or nut  butters) are super high in protein and contain the good fats to keep you healthy.

Go the shop and buy yourself berries and almonds (or almond butter) and eat them as a snack instead of chips or flips.

Announcing the FIRST ever @witchyoga-blog challenge! Starts May 1st! I’m  so excited to launch my first challenge, that I made at the time when I was bored and had nothing better to do. 

This challenge follows along with my daily writing about every day’s challenge, how I did it and what did I feel at he moment.

Everything is prepared, but are you ready to do the 50 day challenge??

For day 1 of 50 day challenge  you need to drink more water.

We all know that water is very important part of our lives, and we all know that we need water to survive because water is root of life. You all have heard about “8 glasses a day” rule, but you never actually stick to that rule, or you drink water only when you are thirsty -   at the end you don’t drink enough clear water.

Since that’s a big problem, for the first day of challenge you should try to drink those 8 glasses or so. Of course you can’t drink it all at once, you need to have some order of drinking. You body needs water at different times of the day, if you make sure you give it exactly when it needs it, you body will we thankful and you will feel better in general.

This is the best schedule for day 1:

Drink 1 glass as soon as you wake up. (You need it to wake up your metabolism + if you were sleeping in hot room you lose lot of water during night.)

 Drink 1 glass 30 minutes before breakfast. 

 Drink 1 glass 60 minutes after breakfast.

 Drink 1 glass 30 minutes before lunch. (Drinking water before meals will help you to eat less, and your stomach will not have many problems processing all the food you ate)

 Drink 1 glass 60 minutes after lunch.

 Drink 1 glass during tea time (5pm-6pm or so)

 Drink 1 glass 30 minutes before dinner.

 Drink 1 glass before going to sleep.

You can find other schedule that suits you better. The point is to keep yourself  hydrate through the day.
