I did have some age swap au thoughts but never elaborated much😭😭 but yeah I just really liked the scenario w zanka taking up alto's role and accidentally(yep sorry there ain't much on grooming) having enjin be attached to him despite everything

even if turns out zanka has actually been doing some shady business behind everyone's backs and every thing hes done for enjin was actually with a selfish ulterior motive (mostly for own convenience like the shortened name or reputation like the slave market investigation)

I also thought this age swapped enjin at first would be like riyo in the canon timeline, a person zanka loosens up aroundsince he doesn't view the boy as a threat to the goal whatsoever. obv getting this special treatment from someone that important would drive teen enjin nuts

and probably after getting inevitably exposed zanka loses the will to live again until enjin finds him now in a a dark prison cell with only 1 source of light. and maybe later they run away from everyone enjin knew before but it's worth it
