okokokok from now on most of our posts will be updates for the FERA records as that should hopefully keep me motivated to work on scripts and props. I know nobody actually waiting for / interested in updates on the series, but pretending people are listening tends to help!!! I also might post funfacts about characters / sketches to explain small things. The tester masks are being remade into the style needed for the series actively, prop making supplies on the way in the mail, some mini microphones are also on the way. I cant afford to get a camera, but I mean, I have a good phone, with some editing I can make it seem like its being filmed on a good camcorder LOL.
any tips for motivation are appreciated!! (or just saying you're listening honestly, posting for 1 person is better than posting for none) Most of the series will be filmed in PA, so if anyone knows any good places to film, please share!! (cool wooded areas, abandoned buildings, any place that looks run down, etc etc.)
I'm LOCKING IN!!!!! putting on some angsty music, grabbing some snacks, and going to write scripts until work tonight. It's been three years since I and some pals started working on the Fera records, and the scripts aren't even fully done. Luckily, most of them are done and just need some edits. Fingers crossed we can start filming this summer, I would of loved to film in the spring but college hates my guts (and one of the main people helping me goes to school hours away and sometime doesn't come home for spring break).
Unfortunately, I'm broke and can't afford editing apps. With TikTok's ban, I think the Capcut will be removed, which means I have to go searching for a new, actually decent editing app. I was hoping to spend money on things like mics and stands, props, yk, but if I have to save some extra cash for an editing app I will.
the way there are so many youtubers / content creators id love to meet in person, (at like cons and stuff) but I know damn well id either; A. cry and run away B. be super awkward and weird and then overthink that later on or C. say something weird on accident (meaning it in a non weird way) and then ALSO overthink that later id bring my emotional support friend but I have a feeling he'd do the exact same thing, guys what do I do The one time I met a music artist he tried making conversation with me and I just STARED at him dude I felt so guilty afterwards he was so cool and I just stared at this guy, "your hair looks sick man!" STARING WIDE EYES
