CIVILIAN (Left)

Works in a stationary/art supply store (possibly in Lougetown) & hates their job (except when they dont).

Wishes he knew less about products; knowledge means the other workers often dump customers on him that are looking for Very Specific Materials.

Is the guy who knows a guy in terms of related services. Can give leads but no promises.

Has an aversion to all “annoying” customers. Marine, Pirate, Civilian- if you’re not annoying there’s no issue.

Cant seem to remember anyones name, took a year to finally remember co-workers names. Famous pirates are often misremembered or alluded to by descriptors OR major events they were in.

They DO know about pirates they just have a hard time putting names to faces. And remembering faces in the moment. Has met more than one famous pirate and hadn’t had a clue.

Really wants to visit Water 7 & ride the Sea Train. Dream vacation right there.

Co-workers include: Two ex-marines (one has ptsd from Marineford), an ex pirate captain who is happily retired, and a younger kid who is just barely old enough to work there.

Crew (Middle)

Was kidnapped by Tuz’s crew (the Frizzle Pirates) to work for his courier service company. They’re technically part of the crew and are referred as such by Tuz.

Was an early “hire” and thus has seen the “Frizzle Fleet” at highs and lows. Is a respected member of the main work team (located in Sabaody) even though they lack abilities & have limited fighting skills.

Main job is a dispatcher & manager of the couriers. Does his best to keep everyone happy- crew is always put first!

The different sectors have different playing card symbols assigned to them! Office based jobs are Hearts! Couriers are acorns. Tuz & his officers are bells. Leaves are service based roles (medical, sanitation ect).

Has nightmares about getting a bounty and not being able to escape.

Tuz is a massive Buggy fanatic & based his theming off of Buggy! He also misunderstood what Buggys Delivery was which is how the Frizzle Fleet came to be.

Eventually is taken over by Buggy! This lasts about a year or so before its disbanded due to cost, allowing them to “retire”.

Notable Coworkers: An undercover marine that ends up defecting, three members are ex-Millions, one is an ex-Billion and refuses to acknowledge the Millions, the company mascot is Jackie the Sphinx.

Devil Fruit User (Right)

least figured out in terms of lore.

Top is a mix of fabrics and patterns. Bottoms are loose and somewhat resemble a mix of cargo pants / overalls.

Hair is kept buzzed! Dyed various colors & has different designs stenciled in.

Wears a combo of goggles and a weird lizard like half mask. The mask is a respirator and does alter their voice when on.

Devil Fruit ability has to do with “tagging” and curses/blessings. Uses chalk/chalk based materials to apply blessings/curses. Uses a chalk spray paint most of the time. Its stupid and extra and could probably be very over powered but isn’t yippeee.

Gets really hyped when “on duty” with crew. When off duty is usually pretty worn out and lethargic to the point that people often think he’s two different people (who aren’t on the crew).

Unsure of crew, know their goal is to be under one of the Four Emperors (even if low ranking).

Enters into a chalk mural contest every year and has a rivalry with some of the artists. Its all in good fun!

Prefers pastels to chalk, and ink to pastels.

Has a lot of piercings and tattoos in comparison to the other designs.
