“I like to think it is just confidence - and it’s not like I am wrong. I’m almost nervous to ask what kind of stranger things?”

“Yesterday was my birthday and I know I’m the middle child so I shouldn’t expect much but my brothers honest to god sent birthday gifts to my older sisters thinking it was their birthday. Ashley and Mary-Kate BOTH got presents and all I got was an ‘LOL Oops’ in the group chat. 32 years on this planet and the Olsen family still can’t figure out my birthday.”

“Not to be too blunt but that kind of sucks - I’m sorry. Did you get any presents or attention at all?”

‘Eh, you’re alright.          Kidding. You’re awesome, Char. Oh, who knows? You know what a troublemaker I can.’ 

“We both know that I am more than just alright - I’m like super duper awesome. Maybe it was just a coincidence?”

When my Legacies family said, ‘Hey Kales, you should do something crazy…’              I don’t think they meant join a reality show, but here I am! Ta-da!              Also, if you hear a ukelele playing and some slightly sharp singing voice around here, don’t be alarmed — it’s just me. @cbbhqstarters

‘Canned soup? That’s a new one. I don’t think anyone’s ever brought me canned soup before. At least it’s different though! And unique. People will remember.          I’m not even sure what I would’ve brought if I thought I had to bring something. Maybe a tub of Welsh cakes. Or Glamorgan sausage. Something from home. Hi, Charles. I actually just watched you in the new Bad Boys film on my plane ride here.’

“All the credit goes to my mom - she snuck them into my suitcase with the thought that I’ll need food. I think the idea of bringing something from home is kind of smart - it gives people a chance to get to know a part of you, you know? Yeah? And did you enjoy it?

I think everyone does at this point, dude. Holy shit. . I was like twenty two when that came out but I saw they recently put it on Prime so I’m expecting more people to watch it. I was kinda gutted too, Jess was a badass and ultimately cooler than me plus she was just getting with the guy I waited all three seasons for her to get with so I’m a little salty.

It was so good - I am pretty sure I binged it in only a couple days. I won’t lie - I put it on not really knowing if I was going to love it and not having any expectations because I was bored but shit - I was hooked by the end of episode one. Between that and Cold Case, I was set last year.

“We’ve had some really great vacation’s recently, big has been going all out for us. It is always nice to get that time with family, and you get free soup. So that’s nothing to scoff at.”

“I have been told. It all sounds like pretty exciting, to be honest. My mom seems to think that when I am away from the house I never eat so she spends a lot of the time I am there cooking and feeding everyone - I can’t complain.”

‘I guess it’s true when people say denial isn’t just a river in Egypt.’ 

‘I tried to persuade Josh Gad to join the show with me, but apparently reality television was one adventure Lefou wasn’t ready to explore. Not even with Gaston at his side.          Hi. I’m Luke Evans. I’m not entirely sure how this whole introduction process goes. Was I supposed to bring something? I hope I wasn’t supposed to bring something.’

‘I don’t think gifts were necessary but I am sure they would have been appreciate. I brought and shared canned soup that my mom snuck into my suitcase. Hi Luke - I’m Charles.”

Y’know ––– for a while there my life was feeling like an episode of friends. . the one with Ross and Rachel’s huge ass breakup? Awkward and sad for everyone involved but I get good vibes from this place, I like to call it my 2021 turn around. Hi, I’m Caterina, I do play McDreamy’s sister and no I can’t perform any kind of surgery on your brain so just don’t smack your head off a wall or y’know. . do anything too dangerous ‘cause contrary to popular belief, there is not a hot doctor in the house. / / @cbbhqstarters​.

I must say that I like the idea of a 2021 turn around. It’s a pleasure, Caterina - I will say that I am a big fan but not because of you being McDreamy’s sister. I binged Missing for the first time this past year and I will say I’m kind of sad it only had three seasons. I’m Charles.

‘Y’know.          I’ve been here almost three weeks now and I’ve only just realised I never introduced myself. I’ve mostly been stumbling around the house, trying to figure out where everything is or inserting myself into conversations no one invited me into. Sorry ‘bout that.           I must’ve left my manners at the door, but better late than never, right? At least I’m finding them now before Mama Butler watches the show and grounds me for forgetting how I was raised. Anyway. For those of you I haven’t crash-landed into yet, hi. I’m Ross, otherwise known as the better-looking Reggie Mantle. Sorry, Melton.’  

‘We are going to have to agree to disagree on that, dude - I, personally, believe that while you’re an attractive guy, I am the better looking Reggie Mantle.” 

It is.          S’weird ‘cause I don’t think I ever actively learned to cook, but it was always a big thing in my household, especially during Ramadan. I kinda just grew up doing it. I’m glad to have the knowledge though. There’s something very therapeutic in cooking, as well as how good the food tastes. There’s not, or at least, there’s not for the first few weeks. It gets a little dull once weeks turn into months. Tour food is not good food. 

I picked stuffed up from helping out at home so that helped but I did take some classes throughout high school that really cemented the fact that I liked cooking. I agree on the therapeutic part - I find that when I am upset or mulling over something I always end up in the kitchen. I would say besides the actual cooking part, I love having people eat it because I love to see their reactions (even if they’re bad). I can imagine.
