Eleven was watching Max in the mirror. When she smiles and says “..pretty” Max hears this and smiles back before she glances over curiously at El , moving to the side to allow Eleven a chance to see herself. Eleven walks to the mirror to see her reflection next to Max’s. When Looking over herself , her lost puppy look that she so instinctively portrays shows sadly and she says . “..not pretty”. Max’s features instantly shift into a state of astonishment completely baffled by what had come out of this beautiful girls mouth. Max turns to look at Eleven and takes her by both hands , Eleven looking at Max blankly. Max looks Eleven straight in the eyes and says. “You are Beautiful.” Hearing the new word makes Eleven blush even if she didn’t know what it meant the way The Red head said it somehow made her feel special.

“Beautiful?” Eleven asks curious of what Max was stating. Max smiles and explains “..pretty. But better.”

Their hands still held together infront of them. Eleven looks back at the mirror Smiles and says. “Beautiful”. The word foreign on her tongue made Max smile.
