Clara Jetsmark, 1991, is a danish cartoonist and illustrator settled in Viborg, Denmark. She graduated from the Animation Workshop in 2017 with her bachelor comic “Sound is a Horse”. Same summer she won a danish Ping Prize Award for best danish debut for her comic My Dead Mother, published by Uncivilized Books.

SP vol. 2 preview: Clara Lucie Jetsmark is a Danish cartoonist living with Tinnitus, which is hearing sound when no sound is present. Clara shares her experience with Tinnitus on the day-to-day in a beautifully framed comic titled, The Noise God.

Clara and I had the opportunity to talk about Tinnitus, her inspirations, and more in an interview that’ll be posted later this week!
