I have the thought that plague doesn't really make deals to get their followers, they just like twisting their prized memories and loves into servitude. For longxia his family and floor was what he loved, so Plague became his family and floor. For Danish and LZ I was thinking Danish's love for virtual reality and creating worlds could be twisted into helping Plague create their perfect world, and LZ's love for thrills could be twisted into the pursuit of it at any cost. I also really like the idea of Danish and longxia having animal inspiration so that leaked into plague-zest (I think of it as Melanchream -> playthings, plague -> pets [plus unethical animal experimentation]). He's mostly inspired by the peregrine falcon due to their mach dive speed. Plus the multiple wings to fit into the fucked up experiment aesthetic but also the angel imagery rampant in the Order. these are extremely rough designs I'm not completely pleased with but I did want to answer this ask.

* dialogue is coded as if Plague was the one who received the "thrilling" memory from Melan. I think so due to her line "I hope you turn into a Cookie who really enjoys pain like this!" which could fit into the whispers of sadism we've seen from Plague. Also, Pestilence and Conquest are interchanged depending on the depiction of the four horsemen, and Plague seems to embody some of those tenets also. Conquest kind of has an inherently sadistic vibe to it, at least to me.
