And the dude is just like, “this again??? Third time this month you’ve hired me as your gunman, man. I’m supposed to be the side character???? This was my retirement plan—you promised!”.

A quesadilla is a heated and folded tortilla with melted cheese and sometimes other fillings such as ham or meat or chicken or many of other options. Quesadillas NEED to have cheese. The name quite literally refers it. Quesadillas=Queso=Cheese.

A queca is the infamous “quesadilla without cheese”. People from the capital of Mexico (the City of Mexico or CDMX) are pretty infamous for this take. It is practically exclusive to this region of the country and its surrounding areas and the preparation it’s basically that same except a queca “does not already include cheese”; you have to ask for it if you wish for any. And that for some reason the tortilla may be fried. But people from there still technically regard it as a quesadilla. Even if they don’t use the word.

The difference between a queca and a taco, to my understanding, is the size and the fact that people fry quecas.

So PLEASE, stop saying that in quesadillas cheese is optional. The origin of the dish is quite literally indigenous people adding CHEESE to corn tortillas after Spanish colonizers introduced them to dairy. It is that simple.

Is it:

Option A: A certain period of time (typically short such as a day) that keeps repeating itself over and over again until the ideal scenario is accomplished. Time stops to pass beyond that point and no one ages.

Option B: A perfectly balanced paradox that can only exist in the form of a “loop”. In other words, the paradox resolves itself because “it was always mentioned to be”

Option C: Character(s) is/are stuck reliving the same day(s) but for some reason they.keep.AGING. Or maybe injuries don’t heal. Time is all wobbly specifically for them and they are the only ones that can keep track.

Option D: The loop is fixed around a certain point in time. Not something that has yet to happen nor the solution to the loop, but an absolute point in their personal timeline. No matter what they do or how much time they live for, they’ll eventually be pulled back to that point. Could be seen as a longer version of Option A, as maybe the trigger back is another fixed point or maybe it’s seemingly random or based on when the character dies.

Or is it a secret Option E???
