Genius I tell you!

Aight, we’ve now experienced almost a FULL WEEK of 2014!

Some of us have made New Years Resolutions, 

but how many of you have kept them??

This can apply to that or anything your trying to improve in your life.. 

“The more you put into something ~ the more you will get out of it”

Also, remember.. 

It’s ALL in your mind!

We only use so much of our true potential, 

you gotta reach deep down for that little extra sumn.. 

I’m not saying it will be easy.. 

but more than likely, 

it will be worth it!

I’m going to give you the example of my health & fitness.. 

I worked out at home for YEARS without getting the results I wanted.. 

Almost two years ago now, 

I decided to finally take the steps necessary to get those results.. 

I look at my Birthday & New Years both as chances to start fresh.. 

So I got my gym membership a couple days before my birthday,

then got in there officially the day before my birthday.. 

It’s been ON since then!

Being a Tap Dancer who does NOT limit himself, 

I already had a taste of reaching & exceeding my potential.. 

But the gym has given me a new perspective on reaching & exceeding.. 

Countless times, I’ve thought in my head.. 

“I couldn’t do another rep to save my life”

Then, after telling myself the exact opposite.. 

I’ve set new records for myself time & time again.. 

Pushing & pushing & pushing & PUSHing!

You can do it too!

But know that you can’t just change one thing in your life 

without completely changing your lifestyle as well.. 

It’s bigger than just going to the gym & drinking protein shakes.. 

It’s even bigger than taking that next big step of “eating clean”.. 

It’s changing your perspective on & approach to life completely.. 

Making a genuine effort to change your life for the better.. 

You can keep talking & thinking about it, 

or you can take at least that first step in getting it done.. 

Don’t be intimidated or embarrassed.. 

When I first started lifting, I was honestly a little shy.. 

Considering the fact that I was lifting marshmallows 

compared to everyone else around me & training with me.. 

But we all have to start from somewhere.. 

If you keep at it, you’ll be comfortable sooner than you might think.. 

Oh & especially for working out, 

you’ll have a new air of confidence that’s more than worth it.. 

I could keep typing forever, 

but you maybe get the point haha

It’s never too late to live the life you know your worthy of..

The choice is YOURS!

YOU have to make the effort & realize, 

if you cheat.. your only cheating yourself.. 

The time is NOW!

Let’s go out & get it!

This year is OURS!
