That's so cool to hear! Tap is such an underrated style and so much fun! I was self-taught for a while as well until I went to a dance company that was tap-friendly and quickly helped me tighten my sounds and get more advanced. I love to yap about tap a lot, so forgive me for that XD!
And I do know about Harold Cramer! I don't think I've done a piece from him, but I've done the BS Chorus and Leon Collins work!

Leon Collins is a great, I did some of his pieces in Chicago last year and it was so much fun. I love his movement quality.
The black and white JSS are so sharp! Love those! My all time favorite is Capezio K360. Just got my first pair a month or so ago! Second favorite is Matteo GS1, specifically the boots. Boots are my favorite to dance in by far, I’m hoping to get a pair of K360 boots at some point! I’d love a pair that look like the ones worn in Newsies

I’ve been dancing since I was 3, but didn’t do much with tap until I was 13. I had about a year of classes one hour a week, did some professional ballet for a while, and dabbled in a few classes again at 19. I started teaching dance post pandemic when my ballet company disbanded, then joined a pre professional tap company in 2024. I was invited to a professional company as a swing about a year ago :) Basically I have about a year total of beginner training and have been self taught otherwise.
As for combinations, I really love historical pieces of choreography! At the moment I’m working on Opus One by Dr Harold ‘Stumpy’ Cromer. I hope that counts lol
