bawling over the fact that everyone is either hard on Dana or reliant on her. she's surrounded by broken people and she's built up a safe, stalwart demeanor. she's seen as reliable and strong because she is, but in a way where she's usually not allowed to be weak. not allowed to falter.
Langdon still seeks her out to help shoulder his burdens, she's the one who sits with Mel on the stairs both seasons, Robby is lashing out. she's revered as someone who runs the ED and keeps them all together, but that's not always a good thing. she's burnt out. she's tired. who can she rely on?

most underrated mc imo. her trauma, her burnout, her flaws and her strengths. she's so compelling to me and so deeply human. her arc was one of my favorites this season, so so fucking good on every level, with digby and ilana and emma. ohhh I love you dana evans I so badly wish to see you heal
