Big shout out to any fellow incontinence sufferers out there in the UK today. Dealing with incontinence in the summer is always a challenge but the extreme temperatures of the last few days and nights just makes it harder. Plastic back nappies are great but also hold the heat and moisture and become sweaty very quickly. Cloth back are more breathable but tend to sag and not hold smells quite as well. Trying to drink more can result in more accidents but not doing tends to result in stronger smells. My advice is stay as hydrated as possible, allow for more frequent changes and embrace talc. Snake brand Prickly heat can be very cooling....but take care where it goes! Loose cotton shorts (or cord if you are like me 😂) and cool tops can help you to keep comfortable.

I really hope Northshore continues to make improvements on the Megamax USA. they are nowhere near as good as the Original. They are so load and all the cuts are wrong. Plus, they don't do as good with side sleeping.

How soggy was your diaper when you woke up today?

Very

I changed super late last night and thought it would be okay to wear a lighter diaper.

Well, technically it wasn't a bad thing since I didn't leak. But I definitely pushed my luck tho.

P.s. I'm sleeping in a folded comforter cause I had to change my sheets after passing out without a diaper on.

I came back home super late from a 30 mile bike ride, showered, laid on my bed to air out for a few seconds, then woke up in a puddle four hours later.

After changing my sheets and changing into a new diaper, I ate some cereal, chugged some water, and passed out again 🫣

Just baby things. You know the drill.
