Fury of Lipstick and Foundation

Her mother was deployed over seas when she first came across Ares.  Her mother carrying on a long tradition of  warriors.  When Lily first read about her mother, it was after claiming, when her father gave her a journal that she kept.  

Her mother was a light in the battle field, according to fellow soldiers she tracked down.  She always had a smile on her face in the darkest times, and could make even the darkest scenario bright.  It was what brought Ares to her bed.

She was stationed state side for the duration of her pregnancy but when Lily was born.  She gave her up in a sealed adoption believing military bases weren’t the places for kids to grow up. 

This lead to Lily being adopted by a family of four, raised by two loving parents who wanted to give nothing but the world to their kids.

Lily grew up primed and primed for all types of pageants.  She preferred dresses and heels and would never get her hands dirty.

While her three older brothers played rough, she simply sat b y her idea of pranks was painting their nails in their sleep and hiding the nail polish remover.

Lily’s temper, however, was a big red flag in her life.  When agitated she turned their house into a war zone.  This caused her adoptive parents to search for anything on her actual birth parents.  

When Lily was plastered across the internet, she began attracting monsters to her family’s door and Camp Half-blood came knocking, but a bit too late.  Her and her older brother were playing outside, when a cyclopes stormed them and threw her brother into a tree severely hurting him, and paralyzing him from the waist down.  A Satyr and older Ares counselor showed up in time to save her.  

They informed their parents that there was a place that Lily needed to be to be kept safe and so she was shipped off.

She entered the grounds of Camp Half Blood and immediately became enamored with it all.  She thought Eros and Aphrodite’s cabins were little slices of heaven, and that Ares cabin was perfect for her brothers if they too had been demigods.  

She was claimed two weeks after her entrance to Camp, and much to everyone’s shock when Ares symbol was floating over her head.  

She assumed it was a mistake and became so frustrated that she refused to move Cabins, which brought Ares himself down to speak to her in a dream.  

He gave her the only real connection she has to her mother, and told her about the day they met and how she must move Cabins because her siblings are waiting for her.  

That next morning she packed up and moved into Ares Cabin. 

Lily set off several trip minds on accident, and often complained about the interior and exterior decorating that went along with the cabin.  

Her bed stands out in stark contrast with a make shift vanity covered in make up, and her sheets are always washed and pressed.  She leaves the cabin dressed in pastels and flowers braided into her hair.  

When her half siblings tried to initiate her into the Cabin, they returned to half their weapons destroyed and their beds tossed about.  There wasn’t a second attempt, and no one could confirm if it was actually her.

Lily spends her free time sketching and designs dresses and clothes and sewing them together.   She sometimes designs battle garments, which she has found new and creative ways to make kevlar fashionable.  She considers it a person challenge.  

She’s deadly with a blade, if the rest of her cabin could ever get her to join them at the arena outside of sitting in the stands.
