The 2026 personal rebrand syllabus
i made something new, and i want to explain it gently.
over the past few weeks, i kept thinking about rebranding and how it’s always framed as something dramatic. a makeover. a disappearance. a sudden, aesthetic shift that’s supposed to fix everything. and that version of rebranding never really felt honest to me.
so instead of writing a single rebrand guide, i turned the idea into something slower.
i made a 2026 rebrand google classroom.
not a course. not a hustle thing. not a glow-up checklist. it’s structured like a syllabus, modules, reflections, quiet assignments, meant to be moved through slowly and returned to whenever you need it.
the idea is simple: rebranding IS studying yourself properly.
inside the classroom, there are modules on:
what rebranding actually is (and what it isn’t)
doing an identity audit
choosing aesthetics with meaning
building routines that reinforce who you’re becoming
aligning your digital life with your inner life
integrating everything without burning out or starting over
everything is written to be calm, reflective, and low-pressure. you don’t need to complete anything in order. you don’t need to finish it. even reading quietly counts.
this is for anyone who feels in between versions of themselves. if you’ve outgrown old habits or aesthetics but don’t want to force a new identity just to feel ahead, this is for you.
no urgency. no deadlines. no pressure.
google classroom code: sa4mcxkg
— mindy
Your mind doesn’t have eyes.
It literally has no idea what is real and what is imagined. It only knows the story you keep repeating to it.
So if your mind says, “you feel unmotivated,” you don’t have to accept that. respond to that with, “No I don’t. Matter of fact, I’ve never felt more motivated in my life than I do right now”
If it says, “you’re tired,” you say “Not really. I’ve never had this much energy before.”
Your mind will follow whatever story you persist in.
That’s why people say you have to stay disciplined with your thoughts. Not because you need to be perfect, but because we are always persisting in some type of story anyway.
You’re either repeating the story you don’t want, or the one you do want.
And the story you keep telling yourself is often the only “blockage” people experience when manifesting their desires.
So instead of persisting in the version where things aren’t working, start persisting in the version where everything is already going in your favor.
Your mind doesn’t know the difference, it only knows the story you keep telling it.

you’re wasting energy worrying instead of working ⋆.˚
i know the overthinking spiral too well you play out every worst-case scenario you over-plan, over-analyze, over-feel and somehow… nothing changes
because worrying is not preparing it feels like control, but it’s not progress it keeps you in motion, not momentum
𓏲 ๋࣭ ࣪ ˖ what if you took half the energy you use to spiral and put it into something that moves you forward?
𓏲 ๋࣭ ࣪ ˖ what if you started small and trusted that clarity comes through action?
you don’t need a perfect plan you just need to start your dream life isn’t waiting on the right mood it’s waiting on your movement
release the fear take the step let the rest unfold

2025 : #28 goal setting 101: the version that actually worked for me .
If you're someone who never really knew how to set goals , if you always forget about them, lose motivation fast, or give up halfway through… then this blog might actually be for you. Because I’ve achieved about 90% of my 2025 goals so faaaar so I figured it’s time to share the real recipe for goal setting the kind that actually works.
1 . you need to think about your goals by yourself.
You need to think about your goals by yourself. If you’re out here searching “how to set goals” on TikTok or watching YouTube videos where some random girly is like, “Here are goals you should set: exercise, skincare, journaling, go outside more.. to have the best year of ur life" stop right there.
Because if you keep doing that chasing the MOST aesthetic MOST overrated goals that everyone else is setting you’re not going to achieve them. Especially when the only reason you’re doing it is because someone online looked good doing it. You’ll find yourself like, “OMG yes I’ll start exercising because this girl in the video is so fit, so maybe if I do what she does, I’ll get there too.” But you won’t stick with it because it’s not your goal. A lot of people think they can just copy someone else’s dream and magically get the same results. But every time you fall off or miss a day, you’ll start spiraling: “I’m not like her.” “I’m failing.” “Maybe I’m just not good enough.” and that mindset It destroys everythin
So please if you want to actually grow, set your goals based on you. What do you need? What are you lacking? What do you want to become?Stop letting TikTok trends or Pinterest girlies tell you who to be. Like yes if you really have zero ideas, it’s okay to look around for inspiration. But don’t just copy-paste a list of goals from some stranger on the internet and expect it to work for your life.
And I’m not even gonna start on the toxic “be like wonyoung” culture. You don’t need to follow a 27-step skincare routine, eat ONE APPLE, and have perfect posture 24/7 to feel like you’re improving. U won’t become Wonyoung or any other celebrity and you’re not supposed to.
So set your own goals based on your own needs. not on what some influencer told you to do. not on what seems “productive” just because it’s trending.
Ask yourself:
﹙ ✿ ﹚ What do I actually want?
﹙ ✿ ﹚What do I need more of in my life?
﹙ ✿ ﹚What would help me feel proud?
2. Set ur goals in the MOST smart way
So when it comes to setting goals I discovered this method that honestly blew my mind I don't know if someone else did this before me, but I'm gonna claim it because it worked so incredibly well for me. So back in November 2024 I was struggling hard with sticking to my goals. I had all these ideas floating around wanting to exercise more, eat healthier, read books, study better, spend time reflecting , go out w friends more ... but it was just this chaotic mess in my head that never led ANYWHERE.
That's when I came up with what I call the "Arc Method." Instead of having random goals scattered everywhere i organized everything into seven clear categories: Arc of Studying, Arc of Reading, Arc of Solitude, Arc of Education, Arc of Aesthetic, Arc of Health, and Arc of Joy. It's like putting all your goals into organized containers instead of having them scattered all over the place (u can create other arcs if u want !) , and why this method absolutely destroys the traditional goal-setting approaches is cuz our brain stops getting overwhelmed because instead of juggling twenty random objectives, we will be managing seven clear categories. Each arc contains related micro-goals, so your mind can process them as organized systems rather than a mess . Plus you naturally maintain balance across all areas of your life instead of obsessing over one thing and neglecting everything else.
The real game-changer is that this forces you to dig deep into what YOU actually want. Not what some social media gal tells you to want, but your authentic desires. You're organizing your genuine aspirations in a way that makes them achievable.
You literally sit down and write detailed "I want" statements for each arc, and I mean really get into it. Like for exemple Arc of Health: "I want to start eating healthier, especially with my meals. I want to start cooking by myself instead of relying on unhealthy food because I know I've been treating my stomach badly, but this time I will make my own meal program and actually stick to it. I want to feel energized after eating instead of sluggish. I want to build a relationship with food that makes me feel good about myself." For Arc of Education: "I want to master this specific subject that's been challenging me. I want to study smarter not just longer hours that drain me. I want to understand concepts so deeply that I can explain them to others. I want to feel confident in my knowledge instead of constantly doubting myself."
You HAVE to write these down yourself in full paragraphs like this. Don't just think about them or write short bullet points. Actually pour your thoughts out on paper with all the details, emotions, and reasons behind each want. I know it sounds HARD but ur brain is maybe full u just need to grab a paper and a pen this is literally the secret sauce. When you physically write these extended "I want" statements, they stick in your mind in a completely different way than just thinking about goals. Your brain processes written words differently, and there's something about seeing your honest desires spelled out in your own words that makes them feel incredibly real and achievable. It's like you're having a conversation with yourself about what you truly want, and that conversation becomes the foundation for actually making it happen
Then you add one major goal at the top your ultimate objective that everything else supports. This creates a clear hierarchy where every smaller goal either helps your major goal or at least doesn't conflict with it. No more working against yourself with competing priorities !!
my 2025 program if u want to know how it look like .
3. have some healing goals
Before you even think about how to achieve your goals I want u to know that a lot of people focus on physical or academic goals get the clear skin, get the grades, start working out, eat healthy and those are great... But especially in your Arc of Joy hear me out u don’t need to ignore your emotional glow-up. Because when life hits you, and you’re tired, drained, or burned out, those emotional goals are the ones that actually save you.
Let me give you an example : One of my joy arc goals was to go out whenever I felt overwhelmed literally just grab my bag and walk, maybe get coffee, sit in a park, journal somewhere outside. It might sound normal but it helped me so much during spring semester, when I was too “GROUNDED.” I barely left my eyes out of my books and I was burning out. But then I remembered that simple goal I had written in my note app : “ I want to go outside when I'm feeling overwhelmed...” So I did and it helped me breathe again.
So keep your goals somewhere easy to reach your phone’s Note app , your Notion page, anywhere. Re-read them often. And include emotional goals as I said because staying grounded forever It’s not realistic you’re a human. Ur emotions matter too taking care of yourself is not a distraction from your goals it’s part of achieving them !
4. How to achieve ur goals
Achieving ur goals requires confronting an uncomfortable truth that most people refuse to acknowledge SUCCESS demands RELENTLESS, sustained effort that will test every fiber of your willpower. The reality is that your brain is biologically wired to seek comfort and avoid discomfort, which means every day you'll face internal resistance trying to pull you away from the hard work your goals demand. Your dopamine system craves instant gratification from social media scrolls and easy pleasures, while your prefrontal cortex, responsible for long-term planning and self-control, must constantly battle these impulses. Most people fail not because they lack talent or opportunity, but because they underestimate the psychological warfare required to override their brain's default settings.
The difference between achievers and dreamers lies in their relationship with discomfort. When you commit to ur major goal you're essentially declaring war on your comfort zone, and this war must be fought daily not just when you feel motivated or inspired. Motivation is a fleeting emotion it's definition "When you feel motivated, you can get stuff done. When you don't feel motivated, you can't get stuff done."so DISCIPLINE is a skill that must be developed through repetition even when every cell in your body screams for rest or distraction. THE truth is that if you're not consistently uncomfortable, you're not growing. Your goals should scare u enough to make you question your capabilities, because comfortable goals don't require transformation they merely require existing. you must continuously increase the difficulty and consistency of your efforts to create lasting change.
For a long time I thought people were just being harsh when they said you have to “grind” for your goals. Especially on social media everyone made it sound EXTREME. But after six months of locking in, working, and seeing results with my own hands I finally understood they were right. If you WANT ur major goal to be a REALITY you have to work for it. That’s the only way. u can’t just daydream about it, scroll through other people’s lives, and complain about how hard it is. If you keep slipping, if you're not ready to grind, then maybe you're not ready to achieve it. That sounds brutal ikr but it's the truth I learned the hard way.
So don't pick a goal you're not prepared to fight for. Because achieving it isn’t about writing it down on New Year or manifesting it once during a full moon. It’s about doing the work eeevery day. That means sacrificing distractions, showing up when you're tired, and not mistaking one focused workday for a ten-day burnout excuse. Yes, burnout will happen and when it does, take the rest you need. But don’t start using that rest to escape your responsibilities. Rest with the purpose of coming back stronger, not slipping into avoidance. NEVER QUIT AT UR BREAKING POINT
If you fall 100 times this year fine get up for the 101. Don’t sit there crying over the time you wasted or the progress you didn’t make. Forgive yourself stand up and swear to yourself that you’re going to get it done. You don’t need to feel ready u just need to stop waiting for the perfect moment and grind anyway.
Because you know what’s harder than grinding it's REGRET. Waking up one day and realizing you were capable of so much more, but you let comfort, fear, or other people’s opinions steal your future that’s real pain nooo youtube video will hand u ur wins . Don’t let your younger self down. Don’t let the version of you who dreamed big when no one believed in her fade. I believe in you 🍀🪄
@bloomzone

- explore other genre of books like history and philosophy but my focus point is self help
Arc of solitude

So to achieve these goals from the 9 categories I need to set small habits . I selected a few habits to turn it into a daily routine . i stared setting these small habits since the early days of december so rn they are sticking into my days :
1 . wake up at 5:20 am and stretch
2 . skincare and read 5 pages of my book
3 . morning journal and a duolingo session
4 . day planning
and others like eating vegetables based meals , stay away from soda drinks and have a creative session evey 10 days and drink more water I need to work on them more
this make it 11 habits ! for this year.
📮 : fact box :
『 I was listing to an episode of huberman lab it talked about how when you're feeling lazy stuck or procrastinating the way to snap out of it isn't by doing something easy but actually by challenging yourself to do something harder than the task you're avoiding It might sound counterintuitive but this approach is rooted in the way dopamine works in our brains. you might procrastinate writing an essay and end up cleaning your room instead—something you’d usually avoid Cleaning feels easier than the thing you're avoiding so you do it Now imagine this instead of cleaning u do something even more challenging. Suddenly ur brain shifts gears, and you find it easier to return to the original task. Why? Because dopamine levels rise, and once that happens, you operate at a completely different energy level. It’s not just psychology—it’s biology at play. This little shift in mindset can completely change how u approach procrastination and productivity 』

my daily wellness focused routine . ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁༉‧₊˚.
hello angels, sorry for the long break - i was travelling/away for most of july! during that time i really had the opportunity to reflect on my routines and what about them i value most and i realised a large part of that is the things i do for my physical and mental wellbeing. i thought id share what a wellness focused day looks like for me. while i aim to do all these things every day, sometimes it just isn’t possible so please don’t be discouraged if your routine doesn’t look exactly like this. the most important wellness habits and routines are the ones that make you feel good and that you can actually feel motivated and able to do!! i included benefits/a description of why i incorporate each of these things into my routine - enjoy.
morning
wake up and open curtains + windows. boosts vitamin d and helps regulate your circadian rhythm.
drink a glass of water + take any medications/vitamins (ensure it’s alright to take them on an empty stomach first!). your body needs to be rehydrated after sleep, plus water first thing aids digestion.
5 - 10 minutes of yoga or stretching. i find it reduces my stress, helps wake my body up and prepares me for the day.
15 - 20 minutes of gentle active movement. for me this is often pilates! i find this again aids with digestion and also helps get my blood flowing, waking me up.
brush my teeth. brushing before my first meal helps to prevent the erosion of enamel!
ice my face. this definitely wakes me up and reduces any overnight puffiness.
make a cup of tea. my morning favourites at the moment are peppermint or green tea. peppermint helps digestion also and can be a good caffeine free way to wake yourself up. alternatively green tea is caffeinated but is great for your brain and overall immune system!
drink a small glass of green juice. my homemade green juice is celery, kale, green apple, lemon and ginger! it’s so wonderful for my skin and allows me get several fruits and veggies into my day with minimal effort.
fill up my large waterbottle. even if im not particularly thirsty first thing, it’s always good to keep my bottle on hand and full to encourage me to keep drinking water!
make a balanced breakfast. i normally aim for at least two fruits or vegetables, some form of protein and so on.
clean teeth + mouthwash + floss. i own a water flosser and LOVE it - so easy to use and better for the environment! helps remove plaque and keep teeth nice and clean.
gently tongue scrape. helps eliminate any odour.
gua sha face + neck/chest. improves circulation + depuffs.
apply am skincare + suncream always! essential for protection against skin cancer and unevenness.
lymphatic drainage focusing on my stomach! i struggle with hormonal bloating and this REALLY makes a difference.
go on a walk outdoors. i love letting the sun and fresh air touch my skin as soon as i can. for me a walk is the perfect way of doing so but if you can’t do that even just sitting by an open window helps.
write my to do list for the day! this helps me focus on my goals + plans whether they be short or long term in order to help me stay motivated.
evening
refill my water bottle, hydrating before bed is so important.
have a shower/bath. for me baths are extremely relaxing and help me get into a sleepy mood. i like to use lavender or other clean, peaceful scents before bed.
make a cup of tea. my favourites in the evening are either a hibiscus or a peppermint tea!
journal for a few minutes. just briefly whether it’s to reflect on the day or what im grateful for, journalling always puts me in a positive mood.
yoga/stretching for five minutes. i love to do yoga before bed. it helps stretch out any pains from the day and gets me into a peaceful mindset.
water floss + mouthwash + clean teeth + tongue scrape to fully ensure no bad bacteria is left in the mouth.
do pm skin care + gua sha.
red light led face mask for 10+ minutes, one of my fave skincare products! so beneficial for anything from wrinkles to acne scarring and it immediately makes my skin feel smooth and look glowy.
massage oil into hair for 5 minutes or so. helps stimulate hair production + growth as well as encouraging hair health!
put hair into bonnet. helps prevent breakage + protects new growth.
do ‘turndown shift’. make sure rooms tidy and im all ready for the next day.
read!! i never really need to put this on my schedule (i read every single day) but it’s still so important to me. i always feel better days when ive read versus days when i havent.
fill water again if needed.
switch off devices and get cozy into bed with a book or journal or any form of entertainment. blue light kills sleep cells and killing sleep cells kills the growth and repair that your body is doing.
fall asleep at a reasonable hour, comfy, relaxed + stress free.
thank you for reading angels! i obviously don’t do this every single day but i do aim to/pick the habits that serve me most in the moment. what are some wellness habits that have changed your lives?
from, m.
planner glow-up: how to plan without the stress ✧˚₊‧
planning should feel like clarity, not chaos. the point of a planner is to make life easier, but sometimes it feels like the opposite, right?? like the second you open it, you’re reminded of all the things you didn’t do yesterday and suddenly you want to close it again.
so here’s the thing: planning is not about control. it’s not about making your life look perfect or scheduling every single second. it’s about helping you breathe. it’s about taking the pressure out of your brain and putting it somewhere safe so you don’t have to carry it all the time.
why planning actually matters
when you write things down, your brain relaxes. it knows there’s a plan. you’re less likely to forget things, less likely to feel that constant “i’m missing something” anxiety. planning makes space for both productivity and peace because you’re not running on panic anymore.
and a planner? it’s just your personal little system to keep things steady. it doesn’t have to be cute (but it can be), and it doesn’t have to be perfect. honestly, it works best when it’s yours — messy, cozy, simple, whatever feels good to you.
how to glow-up your planner without the stress
1. brain dump everything
grab a blank page and write it all down: deadlines, random thoughts, little tasks. this is your mental unload. don’t overthink it — just get it out of your head.
2. choose your big three
once it’s all on paper, pick three things that actually matter for today. only three. if you finish them, you’ve done enough. everything else is optional bonus points.
3. keep layouts easy
you don’t need 12 spreads to stay organized. a weekly page for deadlines and a daily section for top tasks is enough. leave space for notes or thoughts, but don’t complicate it.
4. add something soft
planning doesn’t have to feel rigid. use a pen you love, add a cute sticker, doodle in the corner. make it something you want to open.
5. check in, don’t punish
at the end of the day, review your page. if something didn’t get done, move it forward. no guilt, no starting over from scratch. planning is not about being perfect, it’s about staying steady.
bonus tips for making it stick
• pick a planner that feels good in your hands. if you like how it looks and feels, you’ll use it more.
• pair planning with something cozy. coffee, tea, a playlist you love. make it a ritual you look forward to.
• start small. don’t plan the whole semester in one go. start with the week ahead.
• set realistic goals. stop overloading your to-do list — you’re human, not a machine.
• be flexible. if something shifts, that’s fine. plans are guides, not chains.
planning is supposed to feel like peace, not punishment. keep it soft, keep it simple, and let it support you instead of stress you out.
i’m working on something special for you!! in about two weeks, when i’m back from my trip, i’ll be releasing a free planner for you guys. i’ll need your help to make it amazing, so stay tuned for details!!
study habits that actually work (and last) ᶻ 𝗓 𐰁 .ᐟ
every semester i tell myself “this time i’ll stay on top of everything” and then two weeks later i’m drowning in assignments, living on caffeine, and wondering why i thought rewriting my entire notebook in pastel pens was a good use of time. sound familiar?? because same.
the truth is… most study tips online don’t stick because they’re either way too aesthetic to be practical or way too intense for a real human life. so let’s talk about what actually works: things that keep you consistent, not burned out. things you can start today.
stop planning to be perfect
this one hit me hard. i used to think good study habits meant perfectly timed sessions, color-coded notes, and no distractions. guess what? perfection = procrastination. when you make studying feel like this huge impossible task, your brain runs. so we’re doing the opposite.
1. start so small it feels silly
when i was struggling to focus, the only thing that helped was making the first step tiny. like, 10 minutes tiny. tell yourself: “i’m just gonna read one page” or “i’m just gonna open the doc and review for 10 minutes.”
2. make your space work for you
i used to study in bed because it felt cozy… and then i’d fall asleep. now i make my desk my study zone: clear surface, good lighting, and one cozy thing like a candle or plant so it doesn’t feel like a prison.
3. stop passive studying (it’s fake productivity)
i used to reread notes for hours and then wonder why i remembered nothing. active recall changed the game for me:
• make flashcards (anki is a lifesaver) • write questions for yourself and answer them without looking • teach the concept out loud like you’re explaining it to a friend • do practice problems if your subject has them
4. romanticize your study time
hear me out: vibes matter. i get more done when studying feels nice. so i: • make tea or iced coffee before i start • put on a lofi playlist or soft rain sounds • light a candle (lavender is my fave for focus)
5. make consistency the goal, not perfection
this one is huge: if you miss a study session, don’t spiral. don’t say “i’ll restart monday” and then ghost your books for a week. just pick up where you left off. even 20 minutes a day is better than a 5-hour cram once a week.
bonus: what saved me during exam season
• study with someone (quietly). it’s accountability without pressure. • use the two-minute rule: if something takes less than 2 minutes, do it now. • snacks + water near you = no “i’ll just grab something real quick” that turns into scrolling tiktok for an hour. • theme your days: monday = readings, tuesday = practice questions, etc. it keeps things from feeling random.
sample study flow that actually feels doable
morning (if possible) • 20 min review from yesterday • quick look at today’s deadlines
afternoon block • 40 min focused study • 5 min break • repeat once if needed
night (optional) • light review (flashcards, notes, or explaining concepts) • plan tomorrow’s priorities
this isn’t about studying all day. it’s about being consistent so you’re never starting from zero the night before an exam.
sorry this post is a bit longer but i hope it helps you ♡
Glow up : harsh truth edition ❤️🔥
You’re not stuck. You’re just not doing what you said you would. Here’s the thing nobody wants to hear:
It’s not that you’re unlucky.
It’s not that life is unfair.
It’s not that people don’t support you.
It’s just that… you’re not doing the work.
You say you want clear skin, but you sleep in your makeup. You say you want to be fit, but you scroll instead of working out.You say you want to glow up, but you keep choosing comfort over effort. You say you want to change, but your habits stay the same.
So let me ask you this : How bad do you really want it?
Because the truth is motivation isn’t magic. It’s discipline. It’s showing up when it’s boring. It’s choosing long-term confidence over short-term pleasure. It’s holding yourself accountable even when no one’s watching.
If you want the dream life, the dream version of you… You have to become the kind of person who gets it.
Wake up early.
Make your to-do list.
Drink your water.
Fix your posture.
Say no to distractions.
Work in silence.
Take care of your mind and your body.
The girl you admire doesn’t just have a good life. She built it.
So what are you waiting for?
Your life will not change until you do.
So get up. Do one thing today that your higher self would thank you for. And then do it again tomorrow.
You owe it to yourself. ✨
Screen-Free Activities to Keep You Busy
I have a screen addiction, I won't lie. So, I thought about what hobbies or activities I could get into to keep myself busy and keep me away from my phone and computer.
Here's a list of hobbies/activities (that you could dabble into as well):
Free or low-cost hobbies/activities
Going on walks whether its at the park, at the mall, or around your neighborhood. A great way to get active and be outside. Invite a friend or family so you’re not alone.
Coloring books. All you need is a coloring book which you can find for cheap at the dollar store and a box of crayons (side note: crayons are so underrated, i love them!).
Puzzle books like crossword puzzles, word search puzzles, or sudoku. Again, you could find these for cheap and they're a fun way to stimulate your brain.
Visit a public library. Libraries are actually so cool and they offer a variety of free resources. I recommend exploring your local libraries if you haven't already.
Read. Get a book and read. You can literally borrow a book from the library or get some books at the dollar store.
Write. If you're a creative and imaginative person, write up stories. Even if you're not, write out your thoughts and feelings. Journal your day.
Make a zine. A zine is basically a mini magazine that can be about whatever you want and can be made however you want. It is so easy, all you need is a piece of paper and some art supplies. The great thing about zines is that they don't need to be perfect. You can find tutorials on Youtube.
Calligraphy. You can literally get a box of cheap markers and learn to do calligraphy. I used to do this a lot as a kid.
Draw or paint. I promise you do not need to be good at this to enjoy it. The art that I've enjoyed the most are the ones that were imperfect. What's important is that you're expressing yourself and having fun.
Yoga or Pilates. You can pull up a video from Youtube and get started. Technically, this does require a screen, but the benefit of this is you're getting active and calming your mind instead of mindlessly scrolling on social media.
Dance. Literally turn up some music, and start dancing like you're in the club lol. But on a serious note, find a tutorial of a choreo you like, and learn it.
Rock painting. Go outside, find some rocks, (clean them), and paint them. Now you have a cute little rock collection.
Volunteer. See if your local community has any volunteer opportunities. It’s free, and you get to do some good for your community.
Not so low-cost hobbies/activities
Crocheting. Make cute plushies, clothes, bags, etc. The possibilities are endless. Get creative.
Learn to sew. All you need is a needle and some thread. It's a helpful skill to learn so you can mend things like clothes and also alter clothes. If you get serious about it later and like to diy stuff, you can invest in a sewing machine. Like crochet, the possibilities are endless.
Clay trinkets. Make cute little trinkets or whatever else you want to make, it's up to you.
Do press on nails. Doing your own nails is fun and all, but press on nails is where it's at. It's fun, creative, and convenient. You can wear them right away, store them, and/or save them for later. Plus, it's satisfying to have a collection of them that you can put into a nail binder. It is a bit pricey with all the supplies but all you need are the basics to get started.
Play a sport. Get into a sport that you have an interest in. If you have friends or family that would be down to play sports with you, I highly recommend it.
Scrapbooking. Keep things like receipts or packaging from items that hold sentimental value to you and save them in a scrapbook for memories. Get creative with it too.
Instant cameras. To add on to the scrapbooking hobby, you can get a cheap kid’s instant camera to add photos to your scrapbook.
Rainbow Loom. I don’t know if anyone remembers, but it was basically a bracelet looming toy. You can create cool bracelet designs from rubber bands. They used to be really popular. It’s fun and cute. I recommend checking it out.
Go to a workshop. There are workshops for a variety of things like pottery, dancing, candle-making, and more. Find workshops near you, and explore and learn something new and valuable.
Okay, I can't think of anything else at the moment. This list is based off of things that I am personally interested in.
My suggestion to you is think about things you did or were interested in back then as a kid. Things that didn't involve a screen, things that you forgot you enjoyed doing, etc. Perhaps you can tap back into that.
Not only that, but try to get into things that you are too afraid to do. It could actually be fun, but even if its not, at least then you know its not for you.
