Allrighty my dudes, I just learned about the existence of the post cannon storyline Number One U.S. Hero, her name, and the name of her quirk, and I have now fallen down a rabbit hole.
(Everything I say here and have learned is subject to being, in fact, completely wrong, since I am capable of folly and the internet is capable of being wrong. That said, let's have fun anyways yeah?)
Her name is Agate Menou, and her quirk is called Fault Line.
*evil cackle*
An agate is a type of rock, and the word menou is apparently just agate in Japanese. Additionally, a fault line is where two or more sections of the earth's crust are touching and moving in different directions. Basically, it's a bunch of rocks rubbing and clashing with each other.
I love Rock Rock with her super power of Rocks.
Anyways. Let's continue.
Jokes aside, her name being Agate twice over is definitely significant. Not only are agate stones GORGOUS, but they're also decently tough. Rateing a 6.5-7 on the MOHs scale (out of 10)
Agates form in pockets of air in volcanic rock, so they're found all over the world. Also, scientists haven't been able to lab form them.
All told? My guess/headcannon is that Ms. Menou can form and manipulate agates to alter and shift her surroundings/fight etc etc. Also, that she visually is made up of/resembles agate. OOOOH! Maybe her coloring resembles vitiligo? Or maybe it follows blaschko line patterns?
Another thing to note is, again (because this is literally all of what I'm going off of) her name. Agate Minou. The word "minou" is Japanese. The entomology of the word "agate" is one of those words that is rooted in Greek but was adapted and adopted by a few different European languages like French and English.
Therefore, we can assume that the new Number One U.S. Hero is an American of Japanese and European decent.
*sudden realization* Or maybe not! Maybe She's Japanese, and who knows what (if anything) else! Maybe she's named "Agate" because she was born in America and English is the primary language! IDK my dudes, I'm just having fun and basically thinking out loud on here! <3

Aizawa, having recently learned about Todoroki's home-life. Walks by an alleyway and freezes mid-stride.
Camera panels over to all four of the Todoroki siblings. They're frozen in place, unblinking they make eyecontact with Aizawa. They've stopped in the middle of lifting something large and human shaped into a dumpster.
Camera panels back over to show Aizawa continue on his way as if nothing has happened. Seemingly bored. Hands in his pockets. Now wearing not one, but two eye-patches. One on each eye.
He didn't see anything.
